We lived on a boat for 4 years so living in a small house would be ok. Our home is only 1250sf but we have a full basement if needed. Nice job on your build, enjoy.
I really like the exterior window framing units. Progress is progress, besides you had hundreds, upon hundreds of nails to remove from the church pews.
HAY Y'ALL ITS LOOKING GREAT. GREAT JOB YALL. SORRY NOT A FRAMER. CONCRETE & PIPE LINER. HOW'S EVERYBODY ELSE. KEEP THEM VIDEO'S A COMING & WE'LL KEEP A WATCHING. GOD BLESS EACH AND ALL YALL. PEACE & SAFE JOURNEYS TO Y'ALL.
Looking good guy 😉 I like the pattern that you used for the outside window trim, that should last a while. I'm not familiar with that product for exterior use, I know they make interior baseboard out of recycled products tho 😉 Looking forward to seeing more in the future 👍 TFS
With all the inside work you are doing I wonder if there are any applicable codes you have to meet and does any jurisdiction get involved with an inspection when completed? As for any helpful suggestion I am learning from you.
Where I live in Arkansas there is no codes. We did need to have a sewer system placed by the health department. Luckily my neighbor is the health department inspector. It cost me 5K for the sewer system. I can build anything were I live and no inspections! Thank you Geno for commenting.
Looking really nice! I love the windows. They just made it look like a house.
Thanks Brad. I am ready for some cooler weather it has been hot and humid up here.

It is something new Home Depot carries it in some location. Lowe's has it in my area. You can glue the corner with PVC glue.
