Hi Manohar This doesn't work for Hexaware, i have 12+ years of experience in mobile apps development. While i worked in one of the organisation into 5+ years, during that time period due to my family member mistake i have 4 month experience in my family company & Hexaware didn't consider that.

And it is not easy to get a job after that as they will only be considered for AVP and above senior level roles only. The companies only prefer 5-10 Years of experience candidates.
