cramp hack, for those really killer period cramp days, you can put electro-shock pads on your lower tummy (the kind athletes use to shock and relax their muscles) and it reallllly helps to relieve the pain. I use it for when theyre so bad that im nearly to the point of vomiting. its a life saver.

hey girl u r beautiful!!!! u should do dynamic stretches before your workout, and static holds after. Static stretching before a workout can weaken the muscles and reduce your performance, worst case scenario could lead to injury. Keep up the good work though, you're awesome.

I also suffer from it and recently found out I have endometriosis. 🙏🏽 hope your cramps get better thanks for sharing as always
A lot of girls that have trauma from csa and trauma suffer from high cortisol levels. I recommend getting your checked and figure out how to lower them with your lifestyle. It can prevent you from seeing results in the gym and sleeping and your hormones etc. ❤❤❤ I know you read your comments so I thought it was worth mentioning.
