I switched from my 7 series Graphite (my favourite colour) to this natural beauty in 42mm. Remember that 42mm used to be the larger one in series 3. Now, it has become the smaller one. I can't even try 46mm because it is like wearing a clock. Ultra is another thing, though.
Great choice! I totally agree with you. I have been missing the 42mm ever since the Series 3. It's the perfect size in my opinion :) Ever since the size increase to 45mm with the Series 7, I've been sticking to the 41mm versions. The Ultra's battery life is phenomenal for sports and outdoors activities though. But that thing is a brick for sure.
@@gelotorresIt's hard to say, as watch size preferences seem to be a very subjective and personal choice. I have a ~6.8-inch wrist and feel comfortable wearing the Ultra at 49 mm in most situations, except at night, where I find it too bulky. However, I've always preferred smaller watches in general and think they look better aesthetically, both for traditional and smartwatches. The 42 mm version might actually be my all-time favorite size. I’ve really missed it since the Series 3 (when the larger size was 42 mm). But I think the easiest way to decide is to try both the 46 mm and 42 mm in-store. That way, you’ll know for sure.
Tough question. From a purely aesthetic perspective, I personally prefer the natural titanium variant over slate titanium. I've always loved the silver stainless steel models, so naturally, this one comes closest to that. However, the slate variant is really sleek and reminds me of the old space black models.
@@DK-ox7ze I agree, received my natural titanium in the mail today. As much as I love the new color, my series 7 stainless steel looks way better. I noticed today when I was on the way to the gym, the natural titanium was shining in the sun with a very light hue of gold, that looked really cool. Wonder if it is going to grow on me overtime
Finally, a proper 42mm polished titanium unboxing.
Perfect size
It is such a refined apple watch. 😍

Which one do you like better irl, the natural titanium or the slate?

Stainless steel was the best
