5 sunscreen mistakes to avoid
❌Using too much product
If the nozzle of sunscreen tube is thin, then two finger length, if nozzle is wide then one finger length is enough to cover whole face.
Our goal is to form a thin layer on whole face .
❌Using too little product
Choose a sunscreen wisely as thicker sunscreens feel heavy on the skin so you may want to only apply a few dots which will not provide adequate protection.
❌Rubbing too much
Do not run the sunscreen too much. This increases chances of pilling and sunscreen becomes ineffective. This is particularly the case when the sunscreen leaves behind white cast.
❌using only powder sunscreen
Powder sunscreen may help in mattifying the sunscreen for those who don’t like a dewy or glossy finish
But powder sunscreen alone does not provide enough protection . You can use it over a layer of regular sunscreen.
❌Spraying sunscreen directly on face
Never spray sunscreen directly on face a sit has be inhaled as aerosols. If you want to use a spray sunscreen, you should first spray it on your palms and then apply it over the face
✅Correct way to apply :
Take two finger length for whole face and neck, dot it over the face, gently spread it all over face to avoid any skip areas. No rubbing. Video coming soon on how to apply it correctly ..

You are the only dermatologist that is saying don't apply too much sunscreen. Otherwise I normally hear nobody applies enough of it to get the full SPF protection mentioned on the bottle.

Yes you should wear sunscreen at home bcz sunlight have a uv b rays that can enter into our skin when we r in home or in shady areas So try to wear until the sun goes down.

Salicylic acid ka face wash lo 1% ya less than that jisme sirf ingredient ho meri bhi oily skin hai doctor ne recommend kiya tha usse bhot acha farak padta hai

hi mam actually i am a teenager currently and i created hyperpigmentation around my mouth by myself 😓 and yeah I will explain you how I did that😅 actually one day I was doing some experiments as I was bored and that's when I got an idea to put toothpaste on my face😣and I did it that too i kept it for atleast 5 min and washed it off as if was burning and the toothpaste i used was even more horrible as it's dabur you know its very strong ☺️as I felt that.Its been 5 months its not fully gone i tried every product but its not fully gone please please please help meeeeeeee 😢.The worst part that many girls at my college insults me due to this but i avoided everything and i hope you suggest me something mam❤and thank you if you red this completely

Hello mam I wanted to ask , whenever I apply any sunscreen after applying my face feels very dark then usual I have tried more then 20 sunscreens to see if this happens with all or not but no effect , and I have noticed I gone full 1 month without doing skincare and applying sunscreen and I am not at all tanned or even a bit tanned no I am fully like white and good skin like before so should I do skincare or not ?
