You're a hidden gem my man. I hope that you get some excellent exposure soon-- your info is definitely invaluable to people, like myself, who are interested in understanding how their bodies work. Thank you so much.
I love your videos so much for my own research. Both of my parents are suffering from high cholesterol, so studying nutrition for about a year now while watching your videos has helped me greatly. Thank you!
Awesome, great to hear that you are continuing up the personal trainer ranks. And thanks for all the kind words you have left in the comments section. It really means a lot.
Build up plaque in the arteries by LDLs, but it is not caused by LDLs, it's caused by inflammation and inflammation is caused by consuming too much sugar, bad foods with trans fat and fried greasy foods that is not good for us. On the other hand, LDL is not necessarily bad cholesterol at all.
actually, youre partly correct sir. We are talking about risk factor here, and it is true high concentration of LDL led to higher risk of inflammation in arteries. hence, leading to atherosclerosis etc
Its all about keeping inflamation low through diet and exercise so all forms of the cholesterol (the trifactor) dont need to be repairing your arteries in the first place. It would be like complaining the third doctor in the operating room was making more of a mess than the other two while they tried to save you. its splitting hairs, just keep inflamation down by exercise, diet and sleep. So its really not the bio marker to focus on to improve your health. If you cholesterol is high, then you need to study the shit out of inflamation.
you said in one of Cholesterol video - that cholesterol is made up of triglycerides.. At 2:15 You showing cholestrol and triglyceride as different entity, ?
Thank you so much... love from India...🙏
Can't believe that a 6 years old video can be more informative than most of the videos out there. Thank you dudeeee!

Hey! Why are you helping us so much?
That was really helpful thanks!!
LDL isnt really bad in and of itself, is only high because its repairing inflamatory damage to the artery walls, not it's fault.

well, bad fat basically, is ldl
Good work Dude, like your style
I’ve seen that it isn’t the LDL or HDL which is the problem, but the triglycerides. Which is from high processed carbs and sugar.

Health individuals actually have normal LDL cholesterol levels of 70 mg/dL not 95 mg/dL (Source: DOI: 10.1016/j.jacc.2004.03.046)
Can I have your name so I can cite the author as a source for my project?
