Well I'm thinking your fan its good , and you bleed the system properly, now when the car its cool down and you start it does the radiator reservoir or cap if you open does it make bobble and if you give gas it gets way more aggressive, if that happen you have have blown head gasket, and there is no water on engine oil making look like milk coffee, other then that do a compression test , if you get more then 20-40psi different from other cilynder that engine its done.

Some are remote but still should be near the throttle body or intake pipe to throttle body it need to read the air coming into the engine if this helps.

Was the misfire throwing a flashing check engine light code? I have the same car same motor and i have a flashing check engine light with a p0302 code. Its not shaking that bad so i hope it is just a tune up

Before doing the tune up check compression, this engines are known for losing compression and when it's a big difference between cylinders it gets a low rpm misfire, only use Motorcraft parts.

@@kennyadriankc what causes the low compression? Do they poorly built heads?

Not just the heads it could be a piston rings or the cylinder wall , has it been burning oil, how does the spark plug looks, but just when you are there doing the tune up check each cylinder the compression if it has more then 10psi of difference between any of the cylinders the that hole its going out.

@@kennyadriankc i just got it about a week ago. The flashing engine light is intermittent and then it turns off all together. The car has a slight mis at idle not a major shaking.

Yes idle its when you can tell the misfire, once you get above 1k you shouldn't feel it as much because the pistons are moving at a higher speed there for it compensate for the lost of a cylinder spark, fuel or compression
