- This clips shows that you can change two ignition coils on a Lincoln Aviator in about 2 minutes. Maguire's Ford in Lebanon/Hershey, PA charged two hours labor to do this!!! When confronted about it, they still insist they are right even though the people doing the billing never bothered to actually see what was involved. Now they can see... And you can too.

Thank you for posting this. The dealer wanted $1,300 for this!
Yep, but are tougher to get to. So much stuff on top of them, hoses, power steering reservoir and bracket.
oh I forgot....after you change the coils be sure to plug code reader back in to your vehicle and clear the dam check engine light! lol
Is the ignition coil the same as the #8 coil?
Went to change coils today to find the sparkplug gasket is shot so now a valve cover job never Just 1 thing for me
Are these the same thing as spark plugs
no they go over the spark plug he didn't take them out
It's a ignition coil
@laflaca619619 you cant add transmission fluid directly on some cars. if it doesnt have a dipstick the transmission is sealed. there is a plug near the transmission underneath the car.
this is cool i have a aviator and ive already had the the engine misfire error...it was under warranty though...how do you know which one is faulty.
