Thank you! Actually we have been wondering about the balance between rules overview, our thoughts and mini playthroughs... was this enough of a rules explanation for you to understand how it works?
I think the balance was perfect since I’ve watched Tom’s review on it and been reading posts on BGG. If I had no knowledge of the game the review is still good, but I may need to watch other videos that do an overview.
Oh wow really? I hope it was only a single case... !!! Otherwise a lot of printing. Thanks for the feedback and for taking the time to comment Davide.😊
A nicer version if you're less comfortable yelling SABATUER at your friends 😂 super jealous of your Dice Tower cruise... sometimes we feel so far away from the board game world! 🇦🇺🦘 Thanks for commenting!
I see it pop up all of the time in the second hand market in Australia but maybe it gets snapped up a bit quicker in the US! Hope you can find a copy or play someone else's sometime to give it a try :) Thanks for the lovely feedback
Nice review! Totally agree with you on the monochromatic look of the game, I couldn't understand that some would find that a negative, I think that just adds to the overall theme. Yes, the set-up/take-down takes time but doesn't negatively effect what I think is the best deduction game out there, besides, at the end of a game we are all talking about how we went about solving the case while putting the cards back in order.
Haha so true Andrew! It always leaves you with a feeling of wanting to discuss just how close you were and the one or two things you were trying to narrow in on (and who had that clue that you needed). Great to hear you love this one too! Thanks for taking the time to comment ☺
wow, i totally missed this when it came out. Thanks for the review. This is a game some of my gaming friends would LOVE. I am going to have to track a copy down. I was just on their website and they have the pnp materials there. Also they have some printout stickers for some edits to the screens, etc... so might be worth checking it out.
It went under the radar a little bit but it is such a gem! Nice to have a deduction game that has no hidden roles. Thanks for the heads up on the edits, we will have to check that out...!
Great review! I've been interested in this for awhile now, love your choices of games to review! 😊 (seriously, your choices are right in line with what I'm interested in, it's kind of blowing my mind lol)..This one reminds me of a favorite of mine, Search for Planet X. It's great deduction crunchiness, but what's amazing is the variability in the box. Because its app driven, you can play at any player count equally well. Also, if one player is more experienced than the other, you can start with variable difficulties. Then, when are players are skilled enough, you can flip the board over, along with all the sheets you've used so far in prior games, and theres a more advanced board with more sweet deduction crunchiness!! Its brilliant imo. Shut up and sit down just did a video on it that I thought was well put.(I tend to disagree with a lot of their videos, but this one was good imo). Anywho, thanks again!
Hahaha that is funny that we are picking games you are interested in!!! In the reverse, Search for Planet X is one that WE are interested in and has been recommended several times.. kicking myself for not getting it originally because of the theme... will definitely have to track down a copy... thanks for the recommendation and for commenting as always! ☺
This has been on my radar for while, but I've also heard great things about the Search for Planet X, so trying to decide which deduction game to pick up. Decisions decisions.
Sounds like a great and fun game. And above of that, the art is inviting and refreshing together with the design. I will definatly put this on my shortlist for when I can have more then three players around the table. For now 1-, 2- and 3 player games are in favor.
This is a fabulous deduction game we love it! 5ish players is definitely the sweet spot though. This one goes in the post pandemic bucket. Thanks for watching so much content of ours Sebastian! 😊
Just ordered the game after watching the Scandal oh game. De ided on Awkward Guests over Scandal Oh. Saw that there is a solo version out for AG. Any comments a out whether this is a se ond edition?
Oh our copy is from the original kickstarter David and actually we didn't know there was a second edition! Have you had a chance to play it yet? Would love to hear what you think. Thanks for watching!
Have you guys played it solo? I love cluedo but you need at least 3 people to play and here you can play with 2p or even solo, but was wondering if it really works ok for that player count?
one of my fav games. you both did excellent explaining how to play and why it's so great
Picked up the game off the back of your review- and I’m not disappointed. Loving the channel keep up the good work! :)

I think this one really shines around 4 or 5 players. 3 is ok... I think we'd choose something else if it was just the two of us. Sorry 😔
Is Maggie of Latin descent? That was a good Spanish pronunciation
Yes her mum is Dominican and her dad was Brazilian... but she grew up in Venezuela! ❤ thank you for watching 😁
Is Maggie Hispanic? That was flawless pronounce
Yes, she is Venezuelan :)
