从冰箱取出需要先喂养,有双倍或三倍大才能使用
请问不用酸种,用酵母可以吗?分量多少呢?

妳好请问第二次整形后发酵,贝果会粘纸(油纸/烘培纸)是否是面团太湿了,要除掉纸去煮是会造成贝果泄气如果硬扯或粘上就非常难脱纸了,烤出来的贝果就很不理想
用油紙是不會粘的,烘焙紙會粘

天然酵母很活跃是无需再添加干酵母的
