- Today we are unclogging our fuel supply line, cleaning water separator, and swapping fuel filter. Our tractor was sputtering out and having trouble re-starting. We found a clog in the line above the petcock.

Thank you very much useful information
Very helpful
Got it thanks for the reply.
Good video thanks.
I hope that is the problem. Gonna check that fuel supply now thanks
Im fixing to go try all that with my L2501. I’ll let you know how it works out for me.
How did u get the tractor in garage if it would not start?
It wouldn’t start ( would run out of fuel) then after sitting long enough it would run for a short time until it ran out again. The tractor was using more fuel then the clogged line could supply.
I had fuel problems with my New Holland now with my Kubota …😢
Had the same problem with our new holland backhoe we had to replace the fuel lines.
Nice "how to" video. It's worth mentioning again that filtering AND water separating fuel while filling is important. I use a 10 micron water blocking filter while fueling, and I replaced my tractor water separator / strainer with a much larger capacity Racor filter / separator.
@@KubotaL4060 Yes it is, and I have all intent to get the double filter set up on my storage, even though it is only a 50 gallon tank, it only takes a half cup of water to mess it all up.
I have a TC30 it is real sensitive to even a small change in fuel quality or quantity, my filter is about as big around as your thumb. does not take a lot to plug it
@@benscoles5085 ,,,, I didn’t have any more problems after I did this .
