  • My tractor have trash in the fuel tank. It blocks the fuel line and makes the tractor die out.
    I meant it has 500 hours not miles… :(

Hey my friend, you helped me immensely. Same issues, either gelled fuel or a blockage. Did the same procedures and she fired right up. Thank you for the help.

I ended up having to remove the tank and get the trash out.

Thank you sir! I think mine was just gelled fuel thankfully. I put in some treatment. If it stalls out again I'll start this process. @@gooutside6055

What you should have done is blown air into the tank from the filler neck and pressurized the tank and forced the garbage out through the line. All you did is blow it back up into the tank and now it’s going to plug up again.

Yep, but I found that the trash in the tank was large rusty pieces of the fuel sending unit that were falling off. That’s a different video.

Had the same issue , it turned out the fuel had a jell accumulation that was stopping up the fuel line. New tractor under warranty, dealer picked the tractor up 4 or 5 times and even came to our property so I could shoe him what was happening. I suspected from the start there was trash in the fuel tank, I was correct.

Same problem with a 6060. Removed fuel line at pump inlet and blew air back through water separator to tank . Cured the lack of fuel but will need to flush tank.obviously something in the tank, 200 hrs on machine

Could you have tried pushing a piece of wire up the line to dislodge the debris? Might have encouraged the junk to come down the line instead of blowing it back into the tank. Just a thought

I should have watched your video on removing the fuel tank. That was ALOT of rust in there! Holy smokes!

my brand new grandL3560 cab model keeps dying randomly .. 10 hours on it

About a month after this video mine started dying now and then. I used some bailing wire to tie down the safety switch under the seat. It has not died again. So most of the time it’s clogged fuel or a faulty safety switch.

Ya I messed up but I didn’t want to start over. It sure took a long time for someone to say something. I thought it would be immediate.
