Mam, agar kisika JAIIB clear hua as a Clerk... Phir dusre bank me PO mil gya next yr aur wo PO join kar liya, toh woh JAIIB pass valid rahega ?? Aur kya tab ek increment jyada milega dusre bank ke PO me bhi??

Mam Probation aur uske bad ke work pressure aur responsibilities me kitna difference hota hai for officer level ?
not much difference ,its just that after probation you shall be expected to stay till late and can be given more responsibilities of a particular department.

Hi :Thanks for the motivational words.Honestly I don't have much idea about OBC-NCL certificates,as far as I know it should be of current financial year but will make a video on it after confirming from my knowns currently working in Banks who got it made for themselves

Validity is 6 months for OBC NCL certificate. You may be asked to provide an undertaking at the time of joining to produce the latest certificate in case the issue date is beyond six month at the day of joining.

Mam what JAIIB is helpful at private bank to promotion and selection also. because some people says that is only help to government banker.
I am not sure about private banks.It shall definitely help in your knowledge enhancement but whether you shall get an incremement or not in Private banks,I am not aware of

Jaiib doesnt have much value in private sector but since certification never goes waste.it shall increase your knowledge and definitely scale up your resume
I am engineer student i am working as marketing Officer in home loan so how iibf courses should help me to enhance my skills and growth in banking sector .
if you are not an MBA in Marketing or Banking ,then IIBF course would atleast provide with a certification which shall increase your worth as an employee and it would eventually help in interviews and further promotions.

Mai Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) Ka Exam Clear kr lu to Bank Join karne k baad JAIIB Ni n dena hoga?
You shall still have to take JAIIB
@@BankersNest Ma'am I think you have no more info about this.I have listen Once you Clear DBF then you can get DBF Converted to JAIIB.This Can be done by Sending your bank appointment Letter along with your DBF Certificate to IIBF Head Office.
Have never seen anyone doing that in my banking career.May be You can talk to the HR once you join regarding this
