Mam im 28+ after graduation I worked in a pvt company for two yrs but couldn’t handle mental pressure by boss. So i quit the job after that give state exams for 2yrs not selected than give central exam final list out. Im still jobless and unsuccessful. Now hopeless what shoud i do next. I have decided to marry. Should i continue my preparation as im 29 already. 😢

Madam, some people say bank job is not govt job since govt share is not 100% . What should I answer them?
Hi Harsha : Yes Govt stake is not 100 % that is why they are called Public Sector Banks but you are treated as government employees only,in layman language also we call it as "sarkari bank".Its just that some extra allowances and facilities which are available in Central govt.job they are not available to you else job security lifetime hai ,the main reason for which people look for a govt.job

Hi Riki: Since you have just Post graduated from MBA and you are just 26,may be you can try for another 1 year or so ,after that if yoiu get any good private job,you can join it and then continue your preparation because after a gap of 2 years,it would be difficult to switch to private jobs

Ma’am I’m preparing for govt exam. Should I do an online MBA as a backup option to find a private job later on, if I failed in govt competitive exams.
I have attended 15 bank exams and passed 2 prelims but couldn't clear mains. And I am fed up of studying and I will be 26 in 2months
100% same,am preparing state PSC Karnataka. till4.5 years, now am taught that there is many way to build owr self because am 26.5🙂( I thik more than12 exams)
Do not get frustrated,You may try for another 1 year or so but imporant thing is you should do some part time or full time course as well to fill up your gap years.EIther go for higher education,or search for some pvt job or you may also check out PO programmes by private banks which guarantees you a job

Hello ma'am, I am 2018 passed out, I have not done PG yet, it's already mid of 2022 now. So basically 4 years, Yes I don't have Work Ex, but it doesn't mean I was studying for Banking all these years, I didn't due to many circumstantial issues, I started my Banking Journey last year in Oct. Naturally I haven't been able to clear any pre exams yet,
July is coming, again a lot of exams, What should I do? What do you suggest? Should I continue on this journey? Or take up a job in a Private firm IT firm and continue side by side? I will soon be 27.
Lots of pressure in the family, family parties and what not. Also, it's difficult to be at home without earning a penny...

Mam i am 25 yrs of old and i started preparing for bank 1 year ago till what age i should continue to prepare for this because i have lost my 2 years in prepaing for ssc and pursuing another course even graduating at normal time.

And one more question mam at what age i should start focusing on private sector if want to get settled there.
You should not devote more than 2 years to these Govt.exams full time.If even after 2 years full time preparation you want to study for competitive exams ,then do it part time.There is not age as such for a private job but by the time you turn 27 or even before, shall be considered good as Private firms prefer younger staffs.You can prepare for these government jobs along with your private job

Hi Monisha : Yes agar aap PO banenge to aapka har 3 years mein transfer hoga but agar aapke city mein branches zyaada hain uss bank ki to kisi paas ke hi branch mein transfer hota hai,bahut door nahi hota,depends upon vacancies in your city

Yes if gap increases its difficult to get a job. you can do some skill boosting course yaa agar age hoto private banks ke bhi apne course hote hain after which they recruit you as an assistant manager,wo bhi kar saket hain

Hi : keep your internet off in case you cant avoid calls or if you do not expect much calls simply switch off your mobile .
Also just deactivate your FB,insta,whatsapp and other social media accounts

Mam my age is 28+ I passed bsc then btech in 2018 then I did job for two companies 1 year each. Due to health and covid I lost my job in June 2020 from then I am appearing bank job exams but not able to clear it.. this year also I failed in all exam. And ibps po about to happen. I was a chemist. But I am not getting any job in private sector. What should I do? I don't want to give bank exams but I am not seeing any option
I can understand,do not worry.since there has been 2 years gap,its better to either go for higher studies or do some relevant course.so that your resume is added with some skills and companies would like to hire you.also right now do not focus on salary much.even if you are getting a descent job with a little less salary,grab it since as the gap will increase companies will deny hiring you so sooner the better
