@ClrityForYouth Sir ji Mostly Engineers Sarkari Nokri ki taraf isiliye bhag rahe hain kyun ki Private mai bhi nokri nahi hai. Aur Startups Chalana sabke bas ki bat nhi. Plus Jo log startups bhi chala rahe hain vo Na Salary dete hain na experience certificates na koi learning. bas apne fayde ke according kaam niklwate hain aur 6 month 1 saal me sab ko nikal rahe hain. ese mai koi MNC bhi resume select nahi karti. toh dekhte hi dekhte ek engineer ka kam se kam 3-4 saal ka gap toh ese hi ho jata hai. toh aap hi bataiye ki hum engineers kha jayen. aur ab to age limit bhi ghata di hai Gov ne. toh dhire dhire sarkar aur pvt dono hi raste band ho rahe hain. tab hum kya karen?

I left government job(SSC CGL) after 5 years and switched to private sector. Though my job was non transferable but there was less growth and less learning. Salary hike was minimal and inflation is more than than DA and annual increment combined . Promotions were delayed due to court cases. My batchmates in private sector were earning 3 times 4 times more than me after 5 years. Now I am in private sector, earning more, and learning new things. Will get faster promotions here. Have the option to switch to another company job if I want.
If you earn more you can afford better healthcare and medical policy and you don't have to wait for hours in government dispensaries.
India will grow and develop a lot in coming years. Which sector will benefit from it? Private.
    I applied this simple logic.
Thanks to God my step proved right.

Another side of life that this gentleman didn't spoke :
    0. SLAVES ARE Always MORE IN NUMBER THAN MASTER.. Going into private sector is good for money but @ cost of becoming slave and below mentioned Practical things
    1. Life in private sector is full of deadlines specially in IT sector .
One deadline miss is equivalent to getting bashed in full assembly like a school boy.
    2. Life long study..... accept the fact that u cannot learn new technology at 35 yrs of age..
    3. No social identification, u will mostly settle down in a city like banglore, where everyone is doing the same
    thing.
    4. Job bacomes like a school where manager is equivalent to class teacher/ Principal who is ready to bash u all the time.
    5. If u get fired at age of 35 , u will be surrounded by lot of responsibility and it will be really difficult to match the living standards that u have set for ur family...
    6. If u r a male... happily or unhappily u have to make ur wife work whole life in oder to run the house... Specially in cities like Banglore and this will impact raising of kids.
    7. Getting leaves are very very difficult...M not saying for 1-2 days.. this is for 15- 30 days 2-3 times in a year... I dare any private employee to take more than 15 days in a year... 16th day they will b kicked out 😂 ...these small things matter in life.
    8. People talk about getting tier2-3 postings, remember one thing it's better to live in 3BHK paying 8-9k rent for a good house and having all services available at door step than to pay 30k in cities like banglore for a cracked house for 1 BHK. In recent timesTier 2 - 3 cities contains all facilities that tier 1 cities have. Only pub and bar will not be available. First experience both things then decide. Don't go by others words.
    9. There are other benifits that you get in Group A government job which cannot be publicly commented....it can be only felt
I Worked for 3.5 yrs in IT , it sucks
Now , I m a central government employee ( cracked ESE) posted in group A service and I m very happy that I left IT sector.
Love iT or hate iT , Group A services are the best employment that you can ever get in a country like India ...
Another small thing, 8th pay commission is coming soon (by 2026) , salaries will get 1.6x of all government employees.

Sir, whatever you told about the Government jobs might be true, but what might be the solution to it?... You can already see that the hanging sword of Artificial Intelligence in the IT industry, Everything is already heading towards recession.... In such cases Government jobs can provide a job security... maybe there is a less salary as compared to a private sector employee but what about the facilities that a govt employee get (like Canteen Stores, CGHS, etc.)... You should always explain both sides of the coin... .. I totally agree with what you said but what I feel that maybe I am getting a less pay than my friends in private sector, but I have enough time to care for my kith and kin, follow my hobbies (like gardening and music).. my friends are not even getting time for themselves.....For most of the people that is the Quality Life they are aspiring for....

Similarly govt sector would be great for people in other background
Not everyone is Btech or MBBS
IT sector is also heading towards saturation post AI, and there is no point leaving I.T job for govt sector. Let others take those jobs.Think and take decisions carefully based on your situation.

Being a govt employee has become a torture and a kind of punishment rather than enjoyment..other people think about govt employees as 'sarkari naukari hai..mauj hai'..but the reality is totally opposite as far as the latest trend is concerned. Higher authorities treat the employees as their personal 'servants'...That 'Jee huzuri' factor is rising up in every department.. Contractual employees are looked down upon and insulted, sometimes without any reason..their salary is not given as per the rules but they never raise their voice in fear of losing their job... working more than job hours is the new normal..begging for getting leaves, harassment, extra work, lack of productivity, preferring only those who do bootlicking are some of the 'features' of govt job.
In my opinion, preparing for govt jobs for years is not worth..

Ye sab qu.... ka kamal hai. First time they are seeing money and getting easy money is their moto. Neither they work nor they like to work. It is frustrating, just by reading my name on my business card s Upadhyay they form pre conceived mind set and become alert and retaliate. Maine kisi ki bhains nahi kholi but they become against me. This is increased day by day.

Today, there are 3 driving factors for civil services exam =
    1. Escape work = escape private job, incentive of not working yet confirmed govt job that doesn’t fire.
    2. Basic survival covered till retirement = roti, kappa, Makhan
    3. Protection from bureaucratic harassment = no traffic police, landlord, bank, pension , no govt dept can harass you.
    4. Those coming for corruption will find it slightly difficult. Those who want respect prefer postings in villages as economic disparity is huge, no one likes metro posting as feel very small among powerful people in cities, who know rules, have lawyers etc to deal with them
