Bhaiya please make a vedio on SBI PO MAINS. And how the approach should be different from prelims while preparing for mains. Generally the preparation strategy for prelims fails for mains. And becomes a big reason of not getting selected.

I am working as a Specialist Officer (Credit) dealing in SME / MSME loans since joining in a PSB bank (not gonna name one). Believe me this is the most oriented and stress ful job in the entire banking industry where very small mistakes in your appraisal can lead to serious repercussions. 😢

PO is worst job...these days from past 2-3 yrs Target n harrasment increased a lot..but if u ready to take pressure n work then no pblm u can work for 5-10 yrs if u want to take it as final job then you have to become expert all type of banking specially salesmen job
All u have to do is sales, along with banking. Especially Life Insurance sales and targets. If u don't, your life will be hell.

What is the difference between work profile of a SBI PO and SBI CBO?
In today scenario bank dont do there basic duty of opening acc and loan but now bank is all about third party product to sell insurance. Under pressure banker sells wrong insurance products which effect ultimately customer only also to open govt products like sukanya ppf ... Heavy work load very low staff so try to go for some other govt job other than banking inorder to live peacefully life
To become a banker was my dream rather I would say is still my dream but i can't be. But watching your videos gives me motivation.
