With how expensive some of the luxury truck trims are getting, the fold down seats to sleep in will be especially important when you miss rent/mortgage because of your car payments.

As a Chevy Silverado owner, I must say, the new Ford’s are starting to become more and more desirable for me. The new Chevy’s haven’t grown on me, they’ve just gotten uglier.
I understand. I am a Chevy guy too and bought one of the last Silverado LD's because I can't stand the new body style. The RAM looks good too...but...it's a FCA product. You just know it will leave you pissed off after 60,000 miles. The F150 has looked good for many years but damn, the history of engine, transmission and computer/software issues scares me. I picked the LD because it still looked good and the 5.3 is a hell of a good engine. It also has the 6 speed which has a much better track record.

@@matt9c1 Absolutely man. I love the new Ram’s. They’re by far the best looking imo and they have the nicest interiors but there is definitely some worry about reliability. You’ll be on the road longer than the buyers of the new silverados. you made a good decision. my next truck is definitely going to be a 2016 or 17 Silverado HC.

I always felt the king ranch was for the older construction boss who hasn't physically worked on the site for 15 years but makes enough to drive the biggest truck of the company
Doug is the type of guy who puts a lot of dedication and hard work into launching a new bidding website and then makes fun of its name at every intro of his videos
There was literally no need for a motor to fold the lever, imagine how cool it would be if you could just fold it down manually and lock it clicks into place. Not only would it cut costs would probably be less cases of failure

As someone who works for an IT startup this addition to my toolset will be extremely useful indeed. No more long commutes into the bay area when I can just sleep in my truck!
Fun fact: Last year, over 897,000 F-Series trucks were sold in America. That means, in every 35 seconds, somewhere in America, an F-Series was sold.
The crazy thing is ford has basically built a system with 107 month loans and massive discounts on new trucks that its decently realistic for truck people to trade their old vehicle in for a brand new one every two or so years

Being a self employed contractor, I absolutely love this truck! Onboard generator! 240v outlet! Work space at the console and tailgate! That’s some really cool stuff, but the price point doesn’t match up with the folks that need a truck like this! For crying out loud Ford! $60,000 plus! The truck market these days is getting really out of hand! The people that really need and use pickup trucks can barely afford the base models! I’m not just talking about Ford! It’s all of them! I am trading in my 2019 XLT sport with the 2.7L V6 in one month for this exact truck I have ordered. Will be a huge step in trim from the XLT to the King Ranch as well as the powertrain option i'm going with. Worked my ass off in 2020 so I could afford this thing. We’re all joking. Any Americans born after like the 80’s knows metric well enough to conceptualize with it. I’m 25, so born in 95. In my schools metric was heavily focused on. Anyone who’s went to modern American schools should be able to use both effectively. Most people outside of America can only use metric, which is technically fine.
The best part is the adjustable pedals. I know sounds crazy but that's a feature not on many vehicles.
