    keep it goin bud, going to failure in most exercises is a good way to make em grow specially in leg days, after failure theres only space for success ;) Ig i've said it before but your squat form is very good, i'd say you could only improve in your calf raise exercises, the movement upwards is useful for calf hypertrophy but for max gains you should be going down, not up. Going down makes your calf muscle completely stretched, which will make you feel way more pressure specially with weights, i would recommend using a free weight in one hand or a dumbbell if you try that one. Your leg extension machine could be useful for that aswell, just put the weights on your knees and put something below your feet for volume, then do the calf raises.

      The calf raises are iffy, but yeah I 100% get what you mean. I appreciate it dude, seriously
