    Keep it going bud, IMO close grip pull ups and behind back curls were the ones that had me getting the best goals for forearms, in terms of forearm volume and vascularization. For grip strenght tho i wouldn't say the same, i saw this one on a YT shorts video and it is really simple but works very well, he just had a box filled with sand or rice grain whatever, and you simply grab and squeeze the rice, doing that consistently will make your hand vains and grip strengh go BRR x)

      @@KallMe_Kale you’re welcome! I remember when I was in your position. My 1 rep max now is 315. It was higher than that but slacked up. I plan on staying around the 225 to 275 rep ranges now. I’m 39 years old and only want to be healthy and able to take care of myself if need. Don’t have anything to prove with heavy weight lol. Again, great job and keep up the good work. 😎

    Well, could be worse XD. Your squat form is really good, keep going at it. On leg extension, maybe you should try to put something on the back of the machine to make sure it doesnt get that bump. Also, i noticed on Day 223, that your right arm looks way bigger than the left one, might be the camera angle tho, but if not, you should try to do some unilateral exercises, it really helped me cuz i had one leg bigger than the other. Another good exercise(idk if you do it on a different day) but calf raises are really good, your calf looks very good, rn it only needs more volume, and if you eat well and implement some calf raise exercises you will be jacked by no time. keep up the good work buddy, the most essencial part is creating good habits while we are young, in terms of working out, it will never get easier, but we gotta love it instead of feeling obliged to do it.

    You will get some haters, don’t ignore them just realise that they hate because they are unhappy with themselves. These sets 100% caused muscle growth so keep going. The only advice I can give is try and learn something about the human body everyday.

Be careful with your posture tho, try to use more your legs to distribute the weight while doing exercises and try to correct your back posture, there's no worse thing than back injuries, trust me, had one and its devastating.

    im bulking to rn pretty hard im up to 208 from 150 in like 7 months or something. incase u wanna try my diet, i eat 2 meals a day minimum and a gallon of choclate milk. first meal is 2 cups of white rice. second meal is a pound of meat and another cup of rice. the whole thing together is like 5500 calories with like 250 grgams of protein and 300 something grams of carbs. ive stayed somewhat lean throughou tthe whole thing. but yea idk good lifts tho
