Nice unit--I really like the unique kitchen, extra storage space throughout and the availability of drinking water from the faucet is a plus. It cost more than I'm comfortable with but it's a bigger unit for 1 BR / 1 CR. I also like it being next to the mall--that's very convenient.
Just the ticket for two people - very nice set up with good storage .....but the cost is high........probably better to be within walking distance of the malls & then the price will be less. Thanks Mike & Janet.

I never lived in a condo and I never seen a grease trap.. I may live in a condo for a short while after I arrive..i plan on finding my fiance and myself a nice house in the mountains of valencia where it is cool all night long.. Will US products plug in safely to the PH wall receptacles, or would we need a certain converter to make US appliances, laptops etc., work without the fear of burning them up. i get the bank account number and transfer the rent bank to bank transfer. I hear some the landlord comes around and picks it up and you can pay cash. By Check if it is a Philippine bank account
1k???? This is why the Philippines is becoming less and less attractive a possible destination. Similar size condo in Bangkok, $800/m and much more nicely appointed. I was 90% set on Philippines, until a friend in Thailand started sending me Thai expat vids and I started watching some of those. Now? I am torn. 50/50, leaning toward Thailand because of infrastructure, and condo differences.
I get that, we've spent a lot of time in both. I prefer Bangkok (infrastructure) but wife's family is scattered throughout Visayas and it's her turn to pick. LOL

Good size 👍, but you can get a good apartment with a better pool for half the price .. And only being a $2 taxi ride away from Ayala, lot of cheap/ good apartment in cebu. Rent don't buy ... I live in one oasis 2 bedroom for 21k ...some apartments here look over the golf course 😁

Philippine condos are way too expensive. You can get better apt with views for less in Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
