Finally! A layout and design that mostly makes sense. The price is a little higher than expected and I wouldn't pay more than $1k / month unless parking was included. Why they put the refrigerator in the entrance to the kitchen like that is beyong me but otherwise, it was tastefully decorated and well thought out. For 600+ square feet, it felt good.

very nice place you can ask about parking

I live in the exact same layout and condo and it might not have the design look but it does not have even close to the cost. And then you have to pay 5k peso a month on parking. This is not a deal.

I like this unit. That tropical scene on the wall really sets this place a part from others as well as the spacious area. Just check that the oven/stove gets added and one is set.

Just what we'd be looking for .......but not at this time. Probably the best layout and decoration we have seen. Thanks.

I am sure this price does not include electricity/water/wifi etc. It is nice being close to Ayala Mall but you can get nice places for significantly less basically anywhere else in Cebu/Mactan area. No parking and the price are both deal breakers for me, but to each their own.

I know what you mean. I thought you could get a nice condo rental for around 500 - 600 max. Starting to have second thoughts on looking in Cebu. I'll be there the 1st week of March.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in oct. '23. Signed a one month lease but left early because it sucked. Hot water ran cold after a minute in the shower. No stove, small fridge. Had to dine out every night. Poor AC, no cable or internet. Your guests have to pay to use the pool. Gym was crowded and i was unable to use treadmill after multiple attempts. Save your money. You can buy a HUGE house in the suburbs for less than half the asking price of units at Solinea. Overpriced shoe box. Building looks dated.

This is HUGE play philippines standards for a condo that's why the price. I think mike's trying to appeal to everybody from the lower income people up to somebody that's got a decent retirementI believe.$1,000 will buy you nothing in united states!!

@@Charles-ix5jc But this isn't, the United States
Average Social Security is $1,700. This condo plus food bills insurance etc would be out of reach for such a person

@@tryscience absolutely. I believe he's just trying to appeal to all the retirees whether you have some money or not. No biggie cebu is expensive

That price would be perfect if it came with a parking spot. Otherwise, it's a bit expensive.
