I just can't get my head around why Condos in PI are so much more expensive (and usually much smaller) than Thailand. Nice unit--I like it. That stove looks like it's gas, which would be surprising having that in a condo. I also saw a safe, another item that one doesn't see in condos or apartments.

I know how bad traffic can get in Cebu city so some days might take a lot longer to get to Ayala Mall.
