I was just in Cebu for a short layover stay (1.5 days)... and I can absolutely confirm - Ayala Mall area, where my hotel was, is super central but the mall and restaurants close so early. Even though they close at 9PM officially, many kitchens don't want to take orders after 8:30 PM. Then a local friend took me to IT Park, and we set at a vibrant restaurant with a live band until midnight. Take note if you want to eat out late.

yes I was not sure how I would feel being away from family for a year and how far away I was from them. But I grew a connection with this country to longer I stay here. Almost feels like my second home!

Sorry there are no balcony in the condos, just the ones outside of the towers. I plan to do more condo tours this time a lot better

I had to stop playing this video becuase the music is too loud and the announcements are too quiet so I was either blasted out by the "music" if I wanted to hear the announcements or not I could not hear what you was saying. In the end I had to give up. Get an automatic level control.

I was told by the leasing agent that
If you lease there and are not an owner, you are charged to use the pool each time you use it and not allowed to use the gym😢
I am a tenant at the building and we are not charged to use the pool. But if you are a guest then for each person that is going to swim will have to pay 100 pesos. It’s ridiculous honestly, but I can’t change the rules
Man, I pay 10000 baht ($293 today) a month for a 1 BR 50 sm in Chiang Mai Thailand.
oh wow, that is inexpensive compared to these condo prices, then again the price of rent has changed since the time we rented back in May of last year.
It's a tourist trap. You can get a 1BR for the price of their studio.
It’s all comes down to what you are willing to spend and what you can live with
That’s just the prices they have them here at Solinea. My dads a realtor and have been searching for condos that are much cheaper but can’t seem to find one their real estate apps

This area is most likely business park. And yeah there's not much going on here except Ayala but atleast it's not that far from IT park.
yes it dies down around 9 pm and if you want to still be out then IT park is the place to be.
@@ItsNomadTrinidad yeah it's cool bruh. Im a local here in the Philippines and my girlfriend has a unit in IT park. I did buy my own pre selling condo at robinsons land galleria. Might as well check it out for you new content. Their tower 1 has just been turned over this year

Terrible studio for the price. You can get much better for a cheaper cost if you know where to look.
The price was cheaper a year ago when we first came here. I haven’t found a place where it’s this price and have all the surrounding perks. Plus the sizes in other areas are smaller than the studio.
