Thallax aren't battle automata. They're cyborgs
So are everyone's favorite spacemen-shaped battle automata. Did you think the admech would use Abominable Intelligence?
I guess it's kinda splitting hairs. Maybe it's a matter of percentages?

But theyre Thallax Automata Cohorts, no? Most robots and computers are all technically cyborgs as servitor packages (ex human brains) are installed in literally everything because computer AI risk isnt worth it

Thallax get 1 special weapon per 3 models
Art of War making 30k content? Best idea I have heard in a while.
There is no “Admech” or Adeptus Mechanicus in 30k. Its Mechanicum or one of its more specific variants.
Conversion opportunities 🤤
How do the Thallax compare to Kataphrons for size? Would placing them onto 60's work? Or are they too small?
They are not quite as chunky but a maybe using their upper half on a servitor tread could work
Kataphron and Thallax are similar in height and overall width, but the thallax are fairly spindly in the leg department, and mostly have different looking guns - wouldnt be something most people would be aware of and I can see some magnetization would work for guns from both in some case
Everyone who talks about these models always mentions they wish they were in 40k
I really hope gw pulls the crayon out their ear and listens
