I try to stay away from comment sections but the fact that you shoot a nice video and take the time to put all the parts tools and even video equipment in the description so that anyone watching this video can do what you just did with out questions or at least keeping them to a minimum is beyond what most RUclipsrs do and my hats off to you guys for it..
Honestly though solid content. Love a classic garage-build, no sponsors, or unattainable parts. Just some good ol elbow grease & a little knowledge is all you need. Bike is sick!
Lol that reminds me of my uncle. He let me drive his chopper. It was fun after that I'm hooked. Looking for one to build myself. That would be cool with his help and probably the help and tips of others of course.. 💯👍🏼 he said to me. "Let me get on the back see if you can haul a chick!"
I found it helped a lot to remove the pilot mixture screw from the bottom of the carb and use a file to shorten it with the same end shape, so I had more threads to add more fuel. It helped a lot for more power just above idle. I did this in 2003 when adding a larger, freer flowing air box. It still works well. Also check out the Dial-a-jet company parts. I used one of theirs and a Dynojet jet kit, along with a file for the stock pilot mixture screw.
Looks great but with that hose width you forgot about tire expansion. It's 600cc or under it's a maybe, That's definitely not a 600 cc based on that engine thump and the backfires.
Hi I'm bobbing a 2000 vlx600 and putting a steel trailer fender ( little deppef sides then the fender u sed) on rear of it. I used a hose as well for spacing but what's the easiest way to get and keep fender level and centered on tire so I can weld mount on frame?? Thanks for ur time and keep up the AWESOME work 👍
Dude, I'm from Brazil and I don't see much shadow modification here. To improve torque and power we have adjusted the carburetor. The bike gains final speed and torque on retakes. But how to improve cruising speed? Why doesn't she vibrate so much? Maybe a change in transmission and gear? tks
NICE BIKE!!! I've got one much like this in the works, haven't fabricated a hardtail secrion for it yet (mine's a shaft drive, so there's not a lot of room for error there, as far as length goes.) Just out of curiosity, do you have a vid on building your hardtail frame?
I got a good sound by drilling out the stock exhaust back baffles, then adding stainless steel eye bolt baffles with fender washers bolted to them for more power just above idle. The 1999 to 2007 single carb Honda Shadow VLX 600cc has about a 95mph top speed and will do 75mph all day, but the amount of engine vibration and the low quality suspension and brakes are tiring. I ride mine almost every Sunday for 30 to 50 miles at 50 to 60 mph, and rejetting the carb for a freer flowing intake and exhaust made the engine start faster and more fun taking off from stop signs, and I only lost 5 miles per gallon for the little extra power and some extra noise that sounds good to me.
What a beautiful motorcycle and wonderful bro I liked. Congratulations on your channel, I live in Brazil and I am very fan of you, still you are great in what do congratulations I like motorcycle show.

That's your girl?
That fuel hose idea for a spacer is genius. Looks like a really fun build, keep it up!
Was going to say the same.... use a motorcycle chain, there’s no flex. Hose can compress.
Bro, seriously. I've been trying to figure the rear fender installment out. Good looking out on the video. You're a true G for this.
lol no problem. We're just having fun making cool shit. Thanks for watching!
Use a old chain, it give you that perfect clearance every time.
@@LNSPLTBLVD what size front wheel and tire is on it?

That 600 sounds so beefy it’s crazy
You guys build the most bad ass bikes I’ve seen. Glad I found out about you.
Sick bob modify. I'm doing something very similar to my 1968 HD Sportster.
Love these little home garage mod videos. Subscribed straight away guys keep them coming
Thats a really nice bike man, good job.
Subbed, a used morcycle chain, which you just cut off is a very great spacer for putting on fenders :) instead of the hose!
filmfreaken very true! thanks for watching
cruiser riding at its peak of the century right here
Watching metal bend satisfies me in mysterious ways
Alright then.....
Beautiful build.
I bet a bike ride with you guys would be fun, your videos are a blast... 👍
Looking great
Like how you kept the passenger seat and still looks awesome
Relly love the exhaust bro.Nice bike
You're running lean your air/fuel screw. Back it out and that popping on decel will go away.
Brandon Simons thanks!!

Great Mod.!Love it!

Motorcicle very crazy congratulation Friends top Chanel do brasil
Boys are wild. 🙌🏽
Tops Bro, and I love it!

I'm looking at getting a 600cc Shadow really soon.. Was wondering If thats that the stock gas tank?
What is name of background horn group great music!!!

Nice Z. Like your taste
Where’s the rear seat from? Looks great
Cool, man. Useful.
Also, love the bare metal tank. So did you put a matte or clear, gloss coat on it to prevent oxidation?
Заднее крыло я сделал из крыла мотоцикла "Днепр". Подходит очень анатомически к колесу.
Or you could use a bikes chain for the clearance for the fender.
You guys are FN funny!
4:27 nice job fellas
2 chair for your back will be beeter .. I like it..
Cool bike!
you guys are funny in good way lol
What steering wheel is that? Other than that, excellent job! Very nicely done
Could of used your old Chain for the spacer between your tire & fender.

nice work !
Is there a different front end on this bike? If it is, can some 1 tell me what front end it is? Love the vids guys
6:36. I agree, but no two Weenies to a bun
Love you guys! No homo.. 😆
Well Done!!!
P-pad is installed backwards dude. Taller part with more cushion should be at the rear, where your weight is
reallyallgone nah we like it this way so the passenger doesnt slide down. This position allows the passenger to sit flat on it
yo i bought one of these beast and it sounds exactly like yours
whats your opinion on bare metal tanks clear coat them or leave them as is
What kind of exhaust is this?
The sound is incredible!

I keep getting these rice bobber recommendations in my feed.
Sad to see the “good” welds go 😂
Nicely done! Where in Cali are u from?
Blake Biltwell San Jose
Love the bobber you in s.j?
Cool cool cool
Any feedback from the passenger about the backseat? Does it hurt for a 20-30 min city ride?
Nice build, good vid, what did you use as a crossbar to mount your solo seat? Did you fabricate your own? Any vids on that or tips on how, thanks man!
Never mind i see you hardtailed the bike, my bad
What a beautiful motorcycle and wonderful bro I liked. Congratulations on your channel, I live in Brazil and I am very fan of you, still you are great in what do congratulations I like motorcycle show.
Thank you!!
Comes by waving "that's not gay at all" haha
so the donk protects the frame with towel .. then turn around the disc so sparks fly UP .. comon man haha.. oh and donk is not ment as a bad thing :D
It looks good. Wear eye protection.
Nice sound
Ficou sensacional!! Você alongou a corrente ou diminuiu?
The new chain is a bit longer
What exhaust are you using? It sounds awesome!
