@@riumudamc4686 gum recession occurs gradually. They measure how far a probe goes below gum line. Proper oral care can improve this. Poor oral care can make it worse.

This dentist says you cannot regrow gums. Are you saying you regrew gums?

Toothpaste = Coconut Oil + Baking Soda + Ground Cloves. Buy whole cloves in bulk and grind your own cloves at home.
