    That woman was Elvis wife, Pricilla. They were together many years. Eventually divorced.They had 1 daughter Lisa Marie who died recently. She was also a singer. Very nice cover of a Willie Nelson song.

      Come on, people. Elvis was emotional singer, period. So, songs he was singing had nothing to do with his private life

    This song was written by Wayne Carson, Johnny Christopher, and Mark James. Mark James wrote the famous “Suspicious Minds” that went nowhere until Elvis did it. The idea for “Always On My Mind” came from a telephone conversation the late Wayne Carson was having with his wife. She was unhappy with him being gone so much pursuing his music career. He was heard to say, “But honey, you were always on my mind."

    Elvis was kind of fooling around kicking, but he is a black belt in karate so it wouldn’t be surprising that they were just playing around karate wise

      Check your information on Wikipedia. Written by Mark James, Johnny Christopher and Wayne Carson. First recorded by Brenda Lee and first released by Gwen McCrae, Elvis' version was the first commercial success. Willie Nelson recorded it 10 years later.

    I always preferred Willie Nelson’s version. And, Dwight Yoakam’s covers of Elvis songs. Elvis’s pedophilic tendencies turned me off long ago. Just can’t stomach him anymore.

      You shouldn't believe every thing you read there's a lot of carp out there about Elvis that isn't just isn't true

    • @James-d1k4j
      @James-d1k4j День назад

      What the fuck are you on about Elvis pedophilic tendencies? Then you would not like wacko Jacko pedophilic tendencies they were utterly sick. All Elvis did was date Priscilla when she was 14 years old. Never was inappropriate with her until they married on the 1st of May 1967 when she was 22 years old. I believe you have way more pedophilic tendencies than Elvis never had?

    • @monasrum4321
      @monasrum4321 День назад +2

      You need to look up the definition of that word. Elvis certainly had no "pedophilic tendenses" as he was not attracted to prepubertal children, and no woman has ever accused him of taking advantage of minors. He was a true gentleman and was very respectful towards women. The way Elvis' name has been singled out and tarnished stems from nothing but jealousy. There are countless celebritys that has had relationships with very young girls but they are never mentioned, it's always about Elvis. He was born in 1935 and grew up in a time where girls were married right out of highschool. You might want to look up your own ancestors. Country singer Loretta Lyng married when she 14-15 years old. Jerry Lee Lewis married a 13 year old, all legal with parental consent back in those times.

      @@GenXTexMom I think you have more pedophilic tendencies than Elvis ever had. Also name one under aged girl Elvis was inappropriate with? Maybe you are thinking about Michael Jackson and the underaged boys???

    • @James-d1k4j
      @James-d1k4j День назад

      @@GenXTexMom Mate/ she/ it/ whatever. You need to get your facts straight when it comes to Elvis with underaged girls. He was never inappropriate with them, and if you have any actual hard evidence that Elvis was then bring it on?? Are you sure you're not talking about yourself??
