SSE4.2 requirement is tied to the kernel. Rufus is only inside Microsoft's boundaries. Also, CPUs without SSE4.2 are already 15-16 years old. Please also check out their FAQ.
Fun fact or not😂 i have learned that if the proces during install fails that you must make a Rufus USB on ANOTHER pc or laptop ! It happend to me with another laptop that not even has a TPM or secure boot so the install failed but when i create an USB stick with the method on another pc the install worked perfectly😊

Have you found a video giving instructions on how to UPGRADE from 23H2 to 24H2 on unsupported hardware via Rufus? I wouldn't want to have to do a clean install every year as I've had to change a lot of settings in Windows 11.
You cannot. If you're not using a sse4.2 device, windows will mercilessly kick you back to the hdd. And if it manages to install on your hdd, you're fucked, because you'll need to install 23H2 or lower version of Windows again.

While upgrading to win 11 from win 10 on unsupported pc .will it automatically recognise the digital licence key existing in the system....or one will lose the digital licence .you did not show about activation after the upgrade. Thank you.followed the steps using rufus 4.6 and win 11 iso and successfully installed win 11 ver24h2 on unsupported laptop( no TPM2 and I3 7gen win 10). ,with no problem and even got updates and kept all my data and settings.it automatically activated too.
2 weeks after upgrading to win 11 on unsupported hw...battery% froze.dell diagnostics showed battery ok but 4 drivers missing 3 related to pci and 1 serial bus ....dell had no compatible drivers it recognized the OS as win 10 not 11....all apps and files ok and triple backed up .all functions except battery% indicator are working ok I feel ms will try to send updates which will disable win 11 on unsupported hw.choice to continue using win 11 till broken by ms or fresh load win 10....i have chosen to continue with win 11

Never possible to bypass sse4.2 because its a hardware feature required to run os !
Windows 11 All editions
Rufus & Ventoy can Bypass only:
1. TPM 2.0
2. Secure Boot
Any other thing can't be bypassed. Well my can all😊

I install on my hp 705 g3 with a8 9600 24h2 win11 without any bypass, i was made the usb with media creation tool from microsoft.
my usb doesnt appear in boot menu

Windows 11 24H2 supports bypass. I have 4 PCs with this bypass! These PCs do not support Windows 11 properly! I only work with Windows 11 bypass!

You will never be able to bypass that. It's a hardware requirment to start and run the OS.
24h2 is very lagy for my hp 4 gb 500gb laptop ryzen 5500 processing
