I love those premium Guard filters, I never saw a bad one, Motomaster and the certified ones are the bottoms of the barrel.

Yes those bottom of barrel filters are good selling because of there marketing and price. Good marketing can sell mostly anything, even a bad filter. Thanks Bud.

I have a wix, napa gold, k and n silver, and super tech oil filters in my shed they are all good just change the oil every 3.000 miles Ford V10. 280.000 miles on it. Castrol 5w30 synthetic motor oil.

Just got my honda filters in today, getting ready to do the oil on a 90 civic wagon I picked up. Though the ones I got in are all Made in USA not Made in Japan. =\ Kinda bummed about that. I'd wonder how the made in USA vs Made in Japan ones compare for these older style filters. I know you did one, I believe for newer civics but have you done a USA filter of this old style?
