Perfect! This recipe is awesome. Thank you so much Renee. Just made it today. The cake was so moist and rich and not too sweet - the perfect trio. And the sweet crumble on top contrasted the slight tartness of the blueberries wonderfully well. The work and ingredients that go into it (not too much) was so worth it and the instructions are on point. ❤️
Any type of lemon cake is perfection in my eyes and the added blueberry is a winning combination 😍 your hair is very pretty, by the way, i hope you don't mind me saying! :)
It depends on how much sugar you reduce it by. I like the recipe the way it is, and don't find it too sweet... but that's my taste. You can withhold a small amount and it should be fine. But, I can't tell you for sure where the point is that would make a difference. My experience with this recipe is it is best as-is.

Looks gorgeous! I would like to reduce the sugar as there is almost 1 kg sugar in that cake. Will it change the texture?
