My mom always took care of her in the 80s when she was at Dollywood. Yes she has always been so down to earth. My mom didn't have a baby sitter for us once and Dolly said well let them girls come to the park and stay. We literally spent nearly every day that summer at Dollywood. Such a sweet soul. I went to Sevierville Primary School when she had our playground redone and I can remember her laughing as us kids pushed her on the swing. ❤❤❤❤

This is such a confusing take because we can all love her and her music AND objectively see she had to hold on to the silver wall half the performance and the cheerleaders did an insane amount to pick up the performance due to the lack of energy.

Dolly Parton. A name I have heard my whole life. From the late 1960's to the now almost mid 2020's. Truly a gifted and beautiful person. I hope there are many more years yet to come that I will be hearing, hearing of, seeing in concert and in movies, the epic Dolly Parton.
There’s something comforting isn’t there, in seeing someone who has been there our whole life still be such a forceful presence in our world? So many famous singers and bands have come and gone in that time, many of whom started their careers much later. But Dolly is more relevant than ever and that gives me a warm fuzzy. On top of that, I can see that her drive to help make the world a better place has taken a new and urgent turn, which has given her a renewed vibrancy I truly envy. The billionaire philanthropists should just turn their money over to her.
They will never be another one like her. She's one of a kind and nobody could compare her against what she has accomplish all her life. She is a true American that didn't let politics get in her way. And she never had a mean word to say about anyone. She's a true American blessing. And the way she spent all her life doing whatever floats her boat. And never had a bad reputation. I had the honor of meeting her in 1978 after a show in Ohio. She was great and just a normal person. Talked for a few minutes and got a hug. I was 17. She is actually very short without heels. And now at 77 and still active that way. Beauty beyond belief. A voice of an angel. This woman is a treasure. You go girl!

Dolly Parton. A name I have heard my whole life. From the late 1960's to the now almost mid 2020's. Truly a gifted and beautiful person. I hope there are many more years yet to come that I will be hearing, hearing of, seeing in concert and in movies, the epic Dolly Parton.
There’s something comforting isn’t there, in seeing someone who has been there our whole life still be such a forceful presence in our world? So many famous singers and bands have come and gone in that time, many of whom started their careers much later. But Dolly is more relevant than ever and that gives me a warm fuzzy. On top of that, I can see that her drive to help make the world a better place has taken a new and urgent turn, which has given her a renewed vibrancy I truly envy. The billionaire philanthropists should just turn their money over to her.

They will never be another one like her. She's one of a kind and nobody could compare her against what she has accomplish all her life. She is a true American that didn't let politics get in her way. And she never had a mean word to say about anyone. She's a true American blessing. And the way she spent all her life doing whatever floats her boat. And never had a bad reputation. She is a true great American role model to look up to.
I had the honor of meeting her in 1978 after a show in Ohio. She was great and just a normal person. Talked for a few minutes and got a hug. I was 17. She is actually very short without heels. And now at 77 and still active that way. Beauty beyond belief. A voice of an angel. This woman is a treasure. You go girl!

Dolly has always been one of my favorite singers. I don't think that there's anything that Dolly can't do. At 77 she's still going strong. I know she's getting ready to retire, I hope and pray she will continue to make appearances whenever possible. This was truly one of the best halftime shows I've seen in a long time.
I saw Dolly perform in Australia about 10 years ago…..it was so entertaining & awesome!! I’m so glad my 30 year old self was wise enough to appreciate her!!

Obviously she’s aging, but honestly i thought she was holding it more because that tiny little stage they gave her was hard to maneveur around. I thought she was using it to get around that small space and not ridk falling off.

You can tell the space provided was small. Every step she took she had to see where to plant her foot. She did an awesome job.
She was probably holding onto the star because of the lack of lights on stage versus the lights going up and down and all over the place. . She is 77, better safe than sorry.

They only play live (with NO click tracks or sound tricks), & are more than capable of playing live (as is Dolly). But the NFL is worried both about performers going rogue and mechanical issues.
