B Stav. I would love for you to do a video after your catch of you smoking your fish. I love to smoke just about anything on my Lone Star Grillz Pellet grill. So I would love to see your method. That's one thing , (fish) I never tried to smoke yet.

Ok. I’ll definitely keep that in mind, brother. It really is a two day process because I cure the fish overnight in a salt, pepper, and brown sugar mixture.
