Sorry to hear that☹ Sometimes when the Operating System is not functioning properly then you can no longer get to the options to reset it. In this case the next step would be to reinstall the operating system. Here is a video on how to do that:

Hi! Please help! I has to change in bios from ssd to ahcifir Linux installer to recognise ssd, following acer forums, finished the install sucesfully but after restart it wont boot. Just hangs on trying to recover. Cant go to other options. Please, help!
Did change the boot order back to what it was after installing Linux?
Every time I reinstall windows after a few days it becomes a problem again. I think it is the hard drive. Is there a way to check?
Did your hard drive pass the diagnostic? My first guess would be your hard drive but if it passes the diagnostic then my second guess would be a windows update. When you reinstall a new operating system it looses all the updates. Over time windows will reinstall all the updates. If there is a glitch with one of the updates then it will cause a boot loop error. Let me know what happens with the diagnostic:)
Egghead Fixers What do you mean with the diagnostics? Do you mean when it says diagnosing your pc?
@@ahmeda7405 Sorry I thought I was on a HP video which have built in diagnostic. My guess is it is a Hard Drive problem. You can always buy a Hard Drive with a return policy if you find it doesn't fix then you can return it.
If it doesn’t fix what is the last option?
@@ahmeda7405 My second guess would be its a software glitch in that case the next opiton would be googling your model and reading through forums to see if there is a common glitch with your model. Also if you upgraded to WIndows 10 then rolling it back to the previous operating system is another option. Can you boot up in safe mode?

Hello, I unplugged my RAM many times, and the hard drive as well. Nothing seems to work. I tried the BIOS as well and even the Legacy thing. A little background, 3 months before, every time I open my laptop it would just be a black screen. I have to keep restarting it until it flashes the ACER logo. This problem was fixed when I changed the RAM to the other port. And now similar problem is happening however the RAM trick is not working. It is taking so long to load as well and I cannot reset my laptop because it says 'There was a problem resetting your laptop'. Now I'm trying to find solutions on how to fix this reset problem but I doubt the problem would be fixed. Any ideas?
