Love your videos Nick, we came over on a scouting tour and ended up in Tavira in fact at 8:44 in your film you are by the side of the house we live in, the blue and white tiled house. We love it here and are glad we looked at several areas before we decided on this town.

In Canada we have a drive thru thst we order our coffe and quickly move on to work...

Up until today I still remember that comment....sit down and take 10 or 15 minutes to enjoy the day....

Congrats & best of luck on providing a much needed service! Tavira & surrounding areas are fantastic. Will be interesting to see how things change over the next couple of years - hoping it retains a laid back/slow paced vibe. Overall, Eastern Algarve has much to offer. Going to scout the north next time around, but for now, Tavira tops our list.

Yes, i love your vlogs. Almost, there to retire or semi retiree and looking around where to go. After 30 + years in Canada I must say the American Dream is over for new comers. You videos are so good. I would like to have you talk about how much the cup of coffee cost? Can you pay with Apple Pay or credit card? Show us apartments tours … how much do those Airbnb cost? Are they less expensive in Portugal? I’ve heard long term apts are hard to find? Is this true? How much is a V3.. what about houses are they modern? Do the come with garden areas? Does everything grow there?

In a few years for retirement, I am planning to purchase a house with a bit of acreage (maybe 1-2 acres) for privacy and quiet, away from the cities but within an easy 10-20 minute drive from medical and shopping facilities. Hello, thank you so much for putting in the time and energy in such an educating video. Question: my family of four and I are thinking of moving to Portugal from the US. My daughter is on the Autism spectrum and currently attends a public school that offers a really good ESE (Exceptional Student Education for children w/ disabilities) program. Are you aware of any similar programs within any of the Portuguese Private Schools? She’s currently in 6th grade.

Gritty is the word that comes to mind. My biggest wish for Portugal as a whole is reducing graffiti. Graffiti makes people feel unsafe because in most parts of the world it's gang related and done in very bad/rough neighborhoods where personal safety would be a concern. Let's be honest, 90% of graffiti is not art, but I agree that some of it is beautiful.

The Portuguese rules on Golden Visa as of Summer 2022 one can NO longer purchase residential property in Lisbon, Porto and Algarve. That would present a problem for foreigners , and that dream is no longer an option. Any information about this new rule? Thank you. USA 🇺🇸
