These 5min workouts are perfect for who studies or works, specially when you arrive late at home, 5min is all you need, no excuses with "I have no time" 5min, perfect if you tired but still want to stay active even if its just a little.
EXACTLY! I had a workout app before that was way too easy and long, which is precisely the opposite of what I wanted. This channel however gives me quick but also really effective workouts. Definitely my favorite workout channel 💪.
Going to try this for a few days and update my comment. I like this variety of exercises! great vid! DAY 1: first exercises were good but soon i started to feel the burn so hard. I had to pause a few seconds before continuing. Tomorrow ill try to do the full workout. DAY 2: As I have not worked on my core for more than a year, my abs were destroyed from yesterdays workout. During the leg raise and bicycle exercises i really had a lot of problems keeping up. DAY 3: Still difficult but I almost did everything. DAY 4: Today I finally did all the exercises without stopping. I felt a good burn throughout the exercise but im glad i made this step. DAY 5: I feel my core is getting stronger. I can kind of see my upper 2 abs better now. I still have some lower belly fat but I also changed my diet. Hopefully if I continue I will see 4 soon. DAY 6: going strong. Feels good to do this every day. First few times i was sweating like crazy but now im totally fine. I feel my core is getting stronger.

One request: water fasting became very popular ( in my 18th day only water) and would be very helpful if you are kind to provide a few sets on different levels snd parts of body that includes: - no turning head ( on w/f light headed is common ) - low cardio ( steady pace or slow pace first 5 min then increasing but maybe 20min?) - low impact ( usually fat ppl have knee and back issues aka me 😅) Hope you get to see this review, sorry but will post this on several videos you posted since your videos are so inspiring 🙂
