  • Campaigners have claimed people are leaving Caithness in the far north of Scotland because of the condition of the roads.
Potholes in towns and villages in the county are said to be damaging cars on a regular basis, with people leaving jobs in the care sector due to the cost of repairs.
Highland Council told the BBC a £60m capital investment into Highland roads and infrastructure was approved by its members earlier this year.
“The investment plans reflect a commitment to supporting sustainable and resilient communities," the council added.

Same in Trinidad and Tobago. Constant car repair is frustrating. And we have a Pitch Lake for god's sake. Sigh! 🙄

It looks like the roads in the campus of my university, the holes make people go slower than the actual physical measures that the university took so people don't speed there

Just another example of SNP neglect and failure, they would rather spend money on vanity projects and pretend they don’t get enough money from Westminster, maybe they should explain the £17 billion that has disappeared on unknown projects.

Looks like majority of Edinburgh streets. But we’ve always got millions for schemes and projects nobody wants unless you’re 37, sport a beard and work in architecture or software development.
