This is the best video I've ever seen of a Chevron going 'all out" amazing drive and car, just watching got my heart pumping couldn't possibly imagine driving like that. Bravo.👏👏
One of the best drives I have ever seen in a chevron driving it like it was supposed to be driven.Right on the limit all the time against cars that are faster.Other Chevron drivers should aspire to this type of performance.Good job.
Great drive. I've seen so many of these US historic races on You Tube where owners just drive around in processions and never even try to pass people, but you shove it in and make the passes stick. Tyres were shot at then end though ;)
One of the smoothest drivers I’ve seen👍👏 Those Chevrons where in a class of their own. Makes me wish I was still racing, BUT three score and seventeen body says NO‼️ Brain still says give it a try, what could go wrong🤗😂 Memories of racing are as fresh as they where in the 1970s, and something you never forget!
My compliment - great ride...nice footwork, late bracking and double-declutching, with smooth steering wheel work on opposite lock...that`s classic racing at it`s best, completed with 8-cylinder roar.
Oh Boy! LS is my 'home track' I got my Full Comp License last year and will have my first real race at LS on June 6-7. Love to see footage like the video above.
beautiful drive ... took me back about thirty five years ... had a B23 and was in that last ill fated CanAm at Laguna, (old course) ... this is as good as it gets ... GoPro makes my memories live again ... thanks for posting ... the good news is that the older I get, the faster I went! ... dave burns
and yes, that car was so darn easy to drive ... taking nothing away from your excellent drive and turn 6 recovery, it was so smooth that I am sure my grandmother could have driven it comfortably ... OK, I exaggerate a little bit, but it was a joy to drive
THIS is how you drive Laguna Seca! Good golly miss Molly I wish more drove like this at the Reunions (Google Goodwood Members meetings if you want to see historics with all races driven like this). Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to replay this and take advantage of myself!
Good god... T6 on the last lap I almost passed out... 17:27. The car looks amazingly well balanced... high 1:20's is unbelievably fast. The driver is Chris MacAllister isn't it?

great drive, very exciting to watch! You are so so strong on the brakes, congrats for the win!

Cool car and excellent and capable driver.

TOP JOB. driving like it is supposed to, love it
Exelente conducción felicitaciones
Have always liked and been impressed with the Chevrons, notwithstanding, in the hands of a good driver, they were and can be giant killers.
class drive, congrats!

The driver is Chris' son, Alex!
Awesome!
Nice drive
Superb driving. What is your racing experience?
***** LOL I thought you had years of experience. You obviously have natural talent.
It that a Cosworth BDG I'm hearing?
It is!
he's good . . . .
were you running the r a b ,cause it was losing traction real quick , but a bloody good drive
what is r a b? The tires were a bit worn and i think they were overinflated because i was pushing them so hard.
Nice to see one driven reasonabley hard
Reasonably hard he's fucking murdering the thing 😂😂😂
I'd LOVE to have this listing at RaceCarLocators.com Amazing car! Amazing driver!
One dislike ...... presumably the driver who came 2nd???
