Weight is 200 lbs with wooden poles , the wooden double notch stakes and steel bottom wall stakes. When you add the cotton quilted winter liner it adds 95lbs and doesn't go completely to the ground. When the tent is used in it's artic configuration with the liner it is actually 3 feet at the walls and 8 foot in the center compared to the 5 foot wall height and 10 foot center height for warm weather. To maintain it's water and fire resistants the user should every 3 year set it up and soak the outside and inside with water then spray with a high quality canvas conditioner / fire retardant inside and outside. Though the chimney outlet is rated for 6" double wall , I wouldn't go bigger than 5" double wall and purchase an aftermarket wall tent fire wall to hang behind the stove using the liner attachments. Just some information and tips from a Service Connected Disabled Veteran who has extensive experience with and owner of a GP Small. Feel free to ask questions on proper way to patch the canvas because it's not like you might think.

Oh yes, I spent many nights sleeping in one of these when I was a teenager 15 16 17 we set one of these up on state land and my dad would leave me and go to work all week and I would go hunting by myself as a teen. I am 45 now and I can still remember the smell of the canvas and seam sealer almost made me nauseous while I slept anyways how much would you be willing to sell this tent for good video by the way.

It does have a unique smell. I get use to it after a while. I have it listed for $425. Fairly low from others I’ve seen

I like the space in it, but the canvas is dense and heavy. I’d like to get a lighter tent with this much space and collapsible poles
