I am in a place of healing and break after quitting my job. And your videos are a lot of healing to me in the noisy world. Keep making these... Thank you~~
What's been helping me a lot when it comes to "slowing down" is IFS. As I recognised that there's a part of me that's been working extra hard and not getting noticed. Typical work, work, work/crash cycle. Most of my life I've been struggling with burnouts, a bit of perfectionism and struggling to relax. It's good that I recognise that a part of me simply learned this in childhood: that love is conditional and work/achievement equal self-worth. So then I can notice this part of me and practice getting rid of this faulty programming/core beliefs. It's amazing how powerful and transformative self love/self compassion can be. If we know how to do it and most importantly where we direct it. I really like the concept of slow living. Channels like yours are super cozy and relaxing. It's important especially for sensitive souls to slow down and enjoy little things in life and get rid of "the noise". But it's also super important in my view to ask ourselves: Why have I been struggling with slowing down ? Why do I struggle to relax ? Why do I have high standards ? Why can't I notice my achievements ? Where is it all rooted ? And yes as the title of your video says: "It is never too late to begin again" ❤
I can relate, feel like the last 6 weeks were not the time to start a new year with plans. Was very sick for close to 4 weeks and when that over had 3 injuries in a row. Am still trying to deal with the pain and heal. Not sure what the lessons are but did maintain my commitment to starting a 2 day week excercise class for inactive seniors as it was important to me, even though have to work around injury. So feel like I'm only starting the year quite late.
You are tranquillity itself. While listening to your voice and watching your beautifully filmed scenes the whole world ceases to exist around me, thank you for those brief periods of calm and tranquillity that you bring. ❤
Thank god for your safety. ❤As you have already said, we make plans, but the plan of life overcomes our plan. This is why we should put ourselves in the priority of everything,
Nice to see you again, Daria. More of the same for me. Caring for aging parents who can no longer drive. That's the season of life I'm in. Last year was very difficult for me due to the loss of my precious daughter, the worst thing that could have happened. I'm still grieving, and probably always will, as I learn to go on living without her. Take care of yourself.
I'm so sorry.. my heart goes out to you. ❤️🕊️🙏🏼. I lost my mom Dec 23rd, 2023... Caregiving for almost a little over 11 years.. now , I'm taking care of my dad.. I understand about life seasons.. they come. They go. 🕊️
I'm so sorry, these are all incredibly tough experiences you're going through. I admire your strength to keep going. Sending you all the light and love ❤️

Hey Daria, how are you holding up? I hope your recovery is going smoothly. This year, I chose not to set traditional goals, something I've discussed in one of my recent videos where I also explore an alternative approach. I've found it's much healthier for my wellbeing. I completely agree that life's events teach us valuable lessons. I often find myself pondering, 'Hey Universe, what's the lesson here?' I hope you had a peaceful January and took some time to rest! ❤
Aah I love that! Strict goals can actually become more paralysing than inspiring. I will watch your video on this subject, as what you’re saying is very true! 🥰
I am happy you are here again❤ I am glad you had time to rest and renew, and that your leg is healing. Spring is coming soon, there will be a new life...❤
😃👍 Daria, it's so good to see you back and well!! 💐 🤗 And in such a great video making shape, with wise thoughts so beautifully expressed, and this lovely Winter walk! 😍 😊 I'm so glad you are feeling better! I went through a similar experience a while ago, so I know a bad silly fall can really take a toll on one's body, and recovery time takes a lot of patience. How great that you managed to turn this into a blessing in disguise! Well done! 😃👍 Sometimes we just need a good reason to make a stop for some rest and recovery time, and every cloud has a silver lining! Thank you so much for this wonderful video, Daria! 🙏👏👏👏We've missed you! 🤗🥰 😘
Oh it's so strange, so many people keep telling me they had similar experiences or have gone through tough time recently. I wonder if there's something in the air.. 🙈 I hope this year will continue on a brighter note. Haha I did try to turn this nasty experience into a story, but I still have some bruises left, which remind me that it was all too real. 😅
Aww, a new Daria video......yay! Another beautifully shot, peaceful, calming video. Just what I needed to start my Friday before a busy, noisy day at work. So glad to hear you have recovered from your fall and look forward to more of your lovely videos. 😊
Thank you for modeling this moment of self care and inner awareness, your transparency and vulnerability offers such gentle ripples throughout this community and beyond ☺️❤️
I just love your videos... Like reading a favorite story, with new chapters...inspiring, thoughtful, and beautiful imagery with a soft melodic narrator voice. Thank you.
I received a serious back injury last year that left me in severe pain, bedridden, and unable to do anything for myself. I understand how months of this can make one rethink your life and priorities. I'm still in pain but can walk again and do some things. I was sad about it today but then I found this channel and video. It made me realize that slowing down is a better way to heal and appreciate what I have in the moment. It's not easy but I hope to take this journey of physical and emotional healing with you. :) Subbed.
I too have been in a lot of pain since the start of January, with one thing after another. I have found life quite a struggle, living on my own with my dog, and at one point hardly able to dress/undress. But I managed to get through that. I hope that you are feeling a lot better now? As others have said on here, it is so good to have you back, with your lovely thought provoking videos. xxx
I just discovered your channel and Oh dear! right at the beginning you were saying at loud what I was saying and thinking. Why I'm so unlucky. I had fractures 3 bones in less than 10 months, I was hit by a car crossing the road, diagnosed with autoimmune disease, and much more. Now I'm in depression and I have anxiety attacks, I was put in sick leave for 2 months. I did seek help, I'm getting better, I'm also resetting my life, I'm questioning myself all the time, what do I want? How I can be happier? How to forgive? How I stopped to try to read other mind? How I stopped having negative thought. I have so much more questions popping up in my head. I hope you are getting better, you video are really gorgeous.
I am so glad to see you back, really sorry for your injury. I adored the way you resoluted what happened and I adore your words, angles and the vibe you give.
I'm recovering from surgery. I'm usually frustrated when I cannot be productive and when I have to ask for help. I appreciate this video because I've been trying to be ok with where I am now, and what is happening, and find the good in it. My time off of work and other obligations has given me more time to read, and catch up on other projects like collecting recipes for a family cookbook.
Aah I'm wishing you a speedy recovery! 🌸 It's so important not to rush it and take some time to rest, but sometimes we can get so anxious to get back into our routine too fast!
I’m so happy you’re back…. Beautiful video…your voice is so calming. I hope you’re well and continuing to feel better. Totally missed you 😊…. I’m also working on dealing with anxiety …..your videos, poetic content and voice are so inspiring… 🙏🏻
This is really beautiful. A wonderful matrimony of sound and image. I used to enjoy film-making too, so I appreciate many of your shots! Very beautiful and well crafted. Hello Daria, your video was really needed! Your calm voice, the beautiful scenery outside. It's so beautiful where you live! I suffer from anxiety attacks, my husband has been in hospital last year. He had a persistent bacteria on one of his heart-valves. Still having flash-backs and sometimes i don't want to leave my house. An hour ago i wanted to do an errand. I was just sitting at the table to look for something peaceful to look at. And then your video was there. My anxiety went milder and i got out the door and did what i wanted to do and the sun started shining!!! Thank you for your help, i really appreciate it! Lots of love from the Netherlands 🧡🧡
quelle magnifique vidéo ! Merci pour le sous-titre en français sans une seule faute ! Je suis heureuse de savoir que tu vas mieux et que tu as pu traverser cette épreuve avec philosophie ! Hâte de te revoir !
I’m so glad you are getting better Daria. It can be very hard to deal with an injury that puts us out of commission. Thank you for sharing what I like to call “Recovery Techniques”. We don’t realize how much we need those actions on a regular basis. Something every single day before we feel over stressed, because we need it. It’s funny how that is such a challenge, especially when you are younger. Age seems to shed some light on it. Take care. Glad to see you today 💕🥰
It’s so difficult to be consistent with it especially when you’re feeling good. Then bad things impact us and make us take better care of ourselves, and then the cycle continues! 🙈 I would really like to make all these techniques a regular habit!
Ah birds...it reminded me of how I was wishing to be a bird yesterday just to be away from worldly troubles and carelessly flying away and disappearing in the horizon...thanks for this video🌼✨☁️
I'm so glad that you're back❤❤❤I lost all the peace.. I'm just fed up of negative people in negative environment 😢I wish to live a life like you my dear❤
Aah I know the feeling. Sometimes we have no way to escape this environment in real life, but perhaps it's important to find some things that will bring you your own personal joy!
Wow! I can not believe it! We are going through the same thing only I had a major surgery , And it set me back some. I was getting ready to do a lot of things that I wanted to do. But for me God says otherwise, So now I am seeing a lot of things different. Thank you so much for sharing, and take care of yourself.😊💙💙💙
There's a spiritual meaning to falling. "Tripping up the stairs is a sign that you are rushing too fast ahead of yourself and not taking enough care to focus on one thing at a time. Falling down a few stairs can occur when you need a little shake up to get you out of a mental rut. It is showing you that you are heading towards a potentially negative downward spiral, and that if you don't change things, you could continue to keep going down a path that is not best suited for you. Hurting yourself in such a way that makes any pain linger around for a few days, is a way to remind you of why you fell in the first place, it helps to keep a new found alertness in place, so that you can put a more positive spin on your day and to your thought processes over all." Tammy Moir Falling is often the universe's response to the soul's longing for grounding.
Excellent videography and cinematography, amazing pictures, very interesting reflections, giving us a little inside of the artist's poetic soul and longings 👍. A real gem 👍! Wish you all the best 💐!
Hello 👋 My Dearest Friend Daria: I’m So Sorry That Your New Year Started Bad. My New Year Wasn’t Good At All For Me. I Hope You Are Healing ❤️🩹 Well And Be Yourself Soon. I Missed You 😊Like You Said: Things Happen For A Reason. I Believe In It. Have A Blessed Day My Friend- Your Friend Always In San Antonio, Texas USA🤠🇺🇸🥰❤️
Ive just subscribed. What a beautiful vlog. You are very wise and I love where you live. I live in the UK and really love the beauty of it. Thank you.😊
I’ve just had a major accident with my eye, just in the middle of the road, with kids, luggage and a cat 🐈⬛ on my hands. And all of a sudden I’m stopping seeing with my right eye 😕 The MOST inconvenient time possible… we’re on the customs border, in a bus, there’s a long road still ahead, and a plane flight which no one should take the risk of taking in such condition… So yeah… things happen you least expect them…
So nice to have you back 🥰🙌 I watched your video mesmerized from beginning to end! Your shots are sooo gorgeous, the light so magical ✨ and your storytelling so captivating 🤎 sending you lots of love from the Netherlands ☺️
Ah very nice to see you again Daria ! Totally understand your state of mind and hope you've had complete recovery. My goals are precisely to stop worrying and to pamper myself 😊 as stress has already damaged my body. So it's now urgent to slow down, enjoy real life and simple things. Thanks you for this very nice video and take Care (may I advise you the recipe of cinnamon buns you've made some Time ago, it,s part of the medicine 😊) ❤😉
@@IamDaria Thank you for your kind words :) I wish you my best, and that you can keep taking care of yourself. Thanks again for your videos that are always a joy to watch :)
I love how you based such interesting topics about the mind and starting again on nature and the cycle of life. We are part of this world and we abide it's rules like it or not. So rest and work must both follow each other and it's important to stay present at all times. Beautiful video! Loved the positioning of the inside shots, really cool framing. Well done ❤
Thats why i never plan to much ahead. I Can have ideas, but i Call it dreams, bad i say to my self, lets see how it goes, we tend to reach the goal in our head before we are there, and that most of the time ends up being dissapointing. So plan slow to go fast. But good you ended up seeing it as a positive thing. It Can take a while. But there Will almost allways be a lesson after a tough period.
Aah you are so right saying we reach the goal in our head before we are there! It creates such an illusion of success, but then reality comes rushing in.. 🙈
I believe 🙏 things happen for a reason. Just because we can't perceive or discern that reason doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There is pattern in chaos and chaos in pattern. The balance between the known and unknown is about acceptance and discovery, activity and rest, questions and answers, etc. We are here to learn lessons, if we choose, and to make this plane of existence a little better. The tiny ripple our life still creates changes in the reflections of the water. We all matter. Especially, in tiny moments of sublime alignment with the transgency of life we see not our humanity but the divine. Even in the 🌟s. Perhaps one we will watch tonight, and marvel at, was extinguished a billion years ago- tho it's sparkle just reached earth yesterday. Doesn't the fact that it's brilliance, although a fleeting memory, still seem a miracle? That here and now across the vast Mordor of space the light that WAS still seems as real, as magical, as glorious? I believe so. So even in our darkest valleys, though we stumble, there is either dawn, sunset or starlight ahead.🙏 Sorry you hurt yourself. I strained my knee last month, or the tendons around it, and have felt a bit anxious. I have to keep telling myself, "This too shall pass," as my dear Mother used to say.❤
I like the song playing in the background - would like to know who it is - I tried to google the lyrics with no luck …. the times that Knocked me off my swing the break in the chain… Anyone know the name of the song/ artist
What a very BEAUTIFUL video, you are so good at that 🌟✨️🌟 I also journal a lot, find it very therapeutic. I was thinking, do you maybe have hypermobile joints if you fall a lot? Take care, Ditte 🤓 🇸🇪

Hurting yourself in such a way that makes any pain linger around for a few days, is a way to remind you of why you fell in the first place, it helps to keep a new found alertness in place, so that you can put a more positive spin on your day and to your thought processes over all." Tammy Moir
Falling is often the universe's response to the soul's longing for grounding.
This makes so much sense!
Thanks for the video. The way you describe winter, the scenery and nature with its features it's very inspiring.😊❤
Excellent videography and cinematography, amazing pictures, very interesting reflections, giving us a little inside of the artist's poetic soul and longings 👍.

Sangat indah.. terimakasih sudah berbagi keindahan itu dengan kami..
You would love Saint Thérèse of Lisieux! She is known as "the little flower."
Get well soon 🚀😉
So poetic ❤
Beautiful simply beautiful 🥰
Beautiful. I Love it
❤ i have really missed your videos!!
Aah it's so weird how stress actually has such a strong physical impact on us! I hope you take time to rest and find that inner peace for yourself. 🌸
Well done ❤
It’s all about balance and that balance is most difficult to achieve! 🫠 Thank you so much! 💕
I 💕 love all four seasons as there is beauty in each 🕜 one❤🌻🌷🌺🌹💐🌼🍂🍁🌱🌾☘️☃️❄️
Awesome
Yes indeed😊
Great vlog, quite and relaxing
Thats why i never plan to much ahead. I Can have ideas, but i Call it dreams, bad i say to my self, lets see how it goes, we tend to reach the goal in our head before we are there, and that most of the time ends up being dissapointing. So plan slow to go fast. But good you ended up seeing it as a positive thing. It Can take a while. But there Will almost allways be a lesson after a tough period.
Aah you are so right saying we reach the goal in our head before we are there! It creates such an illusion of success, but then reality comes rushing in.. 🙈
Beautiful audio
Yayyyy finally welcome back we are about to reach 100k subs🤩
haha fingers crossed!
Very nice 📷 video, love the content❤🎉
So even in our darkest valleys, though we stumble, there is either dawn, sunset or starlight ahead.🙏
Sorry you hurt yourself. I strained my knee last month, or the tendons around it, and have felt a bit anxious. I have to keep telling myself, "This too shall pass," as my dear Mother used to say.❤
I like the song playing in the background - would like to know who it is - I tried to google the lyrics with no luck ….
the times that Knocked me off my swing the break in the chain…
Anyone know the name of the song/ artist
Kylie Dailey - Starting Line. I found it using Shazam.
Yes, @MichelleNolee is correct! 😊
What a very BEAUTIFUL video, you are so good at that 🌟✨️🌟 I also journal a lot, find it very therapeutic. I was thinking, do you maybe have hypermobile joints if you fall a lot?
Take care,
Ditte 🤓 🇸🇪
Oh Ditte, I am double jointed (in places 😅) so you might be right! I never really thought this might be related, but now that you mention it..!
@@IamDaria Just occured to me since I have hypermobility-EDS myself. I worked as a yoga teacher for many years, and could not for the life of me understand how people could be so stiff...!! Anyhow, wishing you to be as healthy as possible, Daria! Take care! /Ditte in Sweden
Hello from Athens evi❤🎉
What book were you reading? I’m so curious! Also, glad to hear you doing better and that you got some time to rest. 🤗🙏🏻💕
I'm re-reading Jane Eyre every once in a while as it's one of my favourite books and I have it on my bedside table! 🌸

Hello. What is the name of the song that begins around 3:32?

What apps do you use to edit videos?
Hi lass.
Is it just me or does every slow living video have a thumbnail of somebody holding a mug? 😅
