Strategic move. You can do a lot remotely and while visiting before making the permanent move. First, try to have a small property. At least, you know you've knocked out house rent for life. Second, even if you don't have a business idea yet, register a generic name business idea. Your future biz idea names will be under the generic name. Third, open at least 3 biz bank accounts and know your bank relationship managers personally. GTB, Zenith, and First Bank are recommended. Their processes are easy. You don't need those relationship managers now but, you may need them in the future when you want to grow your ideas. Even if you have not executed anything through your company, at least years of the establishment will be running. Maybe you return in 10 years' time, you can boldly say your company has been existing for 10 years. You need that numbers for value and trust. Nobody easily entrusts big loans or contract into the hands of a 6-month old startup. Lastly, if you think your ideas may spread throughout Africa, in your free time, start building networks with other Africans living around you and study more about their countries especially Kenya & SA. Never heard of this tourism destination !! It's nice that some Nigerians are making intelligent use of our once misused beach fronts, even without much government support. Well done.
The projects on that land, love the mixed use style
Probably the best news from Nigeria since the year 2000. More grease to your elbows.

Wooow! When he said we don’t have any foreigners working for us I was like 🤯🤯🤯. That is incredible, kudos to Mr Paul, showing that Nigerians can actually get the job done. I hope more entrepreneurs have a mindset like this. This is creating a legacy. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Spot on 🔥 it’s the “helicopter search” for me 🔥🔥🔥
Solution to Nigeria's problems:
- Government restructuring
- Heavy industrialization
- Free-market capitalism and privatization
the formula is not that complicated.
Don't forget education and healthcare! Education is the hope for future generations. While health care makes people live longer.
Nice website Landmark! ♥️🇳🇬🇺🇸♥️
Great job Tayo, so much improvement in your work. I love the illustrative background videos, it flows with the story been told by the guest. Keep up with the good work.
Beautiful, white, sandy beach! You can literally roll and roll yourself all day on it and still look clean from what I can see here.
The place looks secure too with lots of fun all in one spot.
This is where to be during my vacation from Canada.
This bro said it all. The beach front is absolutely beautiful. Great content once again

All hands must be on deck only Africans can develop Africa. Everyone have a responsibility to carryout.
It is people like this gentleman that will transform Nigeria, not the government. It is up to us the people to change our story. Excellent work as usual Tayo!
The people are the government. It's not what your country can do for you it's what you can do for your country.
