Wawu!!!! So this is the guy that founded Nigeria Property Center? Awesome! My daughter found our current house on that website and best believe that website is very very helpful and very genuine too! Kudos to him 👌👌🙌🙌
Really impressed. I do think that because Nigeria/Africa has less competition compared to Western online businesses where you need ridiculous amounts of advertisement, he did not need that much capital to start. With so many disadvantages on starting up a business in Africa, this is a major advantage.
yes, and that is why many of them are replicating it. They leave U.S, UK, Germany and come back to Africa due to low competition and as a developing entity, early players are bound to excel with a little bit of perseverance and determination.
Yes, less competition but highly unfavorable business conditions. You get impressive business conditions in the West. You can only understand if you are on ground in Nigeria. It's killing!
@Morris Phlegm no crashing oil prices and corona reduced the Naira. Even a 5 year old knows this. This happens all the time..all goes down and naira does too
Wow things are really happening online, pretty soon everyone will he bosses of their own with online jobs and people are really doing amazingly well with it. Thanks tayo once again more grace to your elbow 💪🏿
I keep telling to people africa is futur , but we have to confront the reality by building trustworthy , knowledge , and passion , thanks so much tayo for this video that help us to build a foundation for ANY BUSINESSES OUT THERE
I admire igbos they are a very driven people.in most African countries today they study Chinua achebes things fall apart for English literature.what a people.congrats to the young man.
Nigerians in general actually...for example, my dad who is Yoruba employs all 9 of my igbo uncles..with another 1500 Nigerians directly or indirectly. He is a real estate developer...his motto is making houses affordable. One of his compleated estates in Abuja is a 700 house estate in 2015..they have many others too.
Nice one Tayo. Great one from my best friend in secondary school. Am proud of you Nnamdi Chineme. More grace upon you and your team. Also got my apartment when i moved from Port harcourt to Lagos in 2021.👍👍👍
He was talking about policy (exchange rate). Policy can change when many people push for it. Drive your issues also towards policy questions and with enough voices policy changes will happen make things move faster in Africa.
Tayo please i want to make a request. Please do make a video about how african people have been able to build a successful tech business. Messaging from Ghana.
Lol!!!......well bro. NPC Will not find you the house, but you can find a property on their platform and of course as advertised by an agent. So you ultimately will still have to deal with an agent. But come on! We are not that bad. Everry industry has both the good and the bad.
We have learnt a lot from this inspiring video!!! Key take aways for us is take risks, look for strategies that will push up your revenue, stay focused and ensure you're not wasting money. Also follow the data analytics to study the impacts as well. 👏🏽👏🏽 keep up the great work Tayo. Now we know to refer people to Nigerian property center website 😊
Whatever you need to do whatever ideas you have build it up and raise an empire Real work sir @tayoainafilms I love your content and it’s really inspiring
In all the tons of videos I have watched on Tayo's platform, one of the prevailing facts is that they are all educated with Masters or some sort of post-graduate education (don't get me wrong, education is not a prerequisite to building a good business, but it plays a major role in being very successful at building a business). I am so glad they are doing amazing things with their education; splendid!
Listening carefully to this interview, it becomes obvious that focused experience begets wisdom. Thanks again, Tayo, for sharing such informative videos.
2nd or 3rd time watching this. Tayo, this is really good content to have access to. You are making a huge difference and changing narratives. Thank you for doing what you do sir. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

How about basic infrastructure, electricity (not generators), good roads, and pure tap water? These three things need to be in place for Africa to realize being the future.

I could not stop smiling while watching this video. This is actually me in a few years.
Lol, a friend sent the video to me, said Mr. Nnamdi talks like me 😊
You get rich by solving problems not by begging for giveaway on every social media.
Say that to one Kenyan woman and her likes, who calls herself Dr Mumbi Seraki.
Yes o!
Exactly, you would always have to find some new way to ask for donations or to buy merch.
hehe....why so harsh. You're absolutely right.
Pls say that again

« Sometimes not having funding is a blessing » - good point
When they fund you , they dictate what you do.
