I for one appreciate your unprecedented transparency & candor. Nobody has ever done this. As a long time fan of pro bass fishing, I can tell you have a special talent, superior skills on the water. I know you are finding your way around all the off water crap. There's probably people you trust telling you this is not the best idea, and they might be right. You will settle in & don't forget to just be yourself. Don't respond to trolls. Keep a tight circle & keep crackin em! 🔨

Tournament fishing ebbs and flows for sure. As long as your making checks and having a good year things are decent. BUT all it takes is a few bad tournaments to be in the hole. You're a brave man in my eyes, buddy. I see this sport as high-end gambling nowadays. Keep this momentum going the rest of the season!!!

You are fishing and finishing well so far, keep those money cuts coming. I look at how some of these guys your fishing with even get a sponsor, because they maybe lucky enough to get in the money cut once a year. What you have done so far this year, it would take some of these guys 5 or 6 years to accomplish. Keep that run going, don't slack off, and try to get that AOY title.

Can you do a video on your culling system for smallmouth? i remember seeing that you put weight on the cull balls to keep the fish down. I find that the cull balls stress the smallmouth, but then it's hard to cull. what's the best solution?

  • @unkierich

I know you didn't think it was fair to include your boat and truck payments last time, but now you have made 5 payments, and I would have put that $5500 on there. Also, you did good on Chris' podcast. I live just off Ray Roberts, so I hope to see you at the Classic in a year.

Then why do it ??? Seems like most of the fishing videos are bitching about this and that . Just stop fishing tournaments and get a job and fun fish. Just like in real life and you can’t afford it u shouldn’t be doing it . All the videos seems like are like this poor me this and that . U have a 100 thousand dollar 50 thousand dollar truck u fish all day or chase turkeys all week ya hard life bud plenty of people out here busting are ass every day to make the country go around that don’t have either. So stop crying and be thankful for what you’re doing pretty much off someone else’s dime ..

@@garyphillips2650 Iam sorry I don’t belive it’s about young anglers all you here it’s about them bull. It’s about views these guys don’t want these young kids coming in there and taking their jobs . Sorry don’t buy that just my opinion. Would you want to give someone all the tools to take your job away no I wouldn’t. If it wasn’t for live they would show you half of what your seeing now . Did they show that stuff before no they didn’t not . I happen to live not to far from two of the top bass guys going fish against them just local tournaments belive me they aren’t showing or telling anyone anything lol … like I said just my opinion…

@@timtucker8989 you must not know much about the elite series, because he was one of the youngest in the series until this years group of rookies. So he's not an old guy trying to protect his job. Try getting to know someone before trash talking. Bless your heart, you live by 2 "pro" anglers big deal. I have atleast 5 Elite anglers in a 20 miles radious from my house and can't even tell you how many Toyota Series guys are in the area. I can tell you that they all will shoot straight with you if you ask questions! Your 2 "Pro's " must be real dandies!
