You are blessed with a dad like that, never had that but I had a amazing mom who passed suddenly from cancer, and i got depressed and didnt fish a whole year, but before that fished all the time for years, then I realized if she was able to speak to me she would want me to keep fishing so I am, we never get over it but will learn to live with it ,hang in there man I know how it feels.
I know this was 6 months ago, but I hope you are doing well and keeping your head high man. I lost my mother 6 years ago this may. Stay strong, and never stop fishing!!!
I literally was telling my mom the same thing. That Ben and them catch not only a lot of fish but they're all quality 3-5 pounders. And that if he and Joe would try I think they could easily be pro and that they were the most consistent fishers on YT by a faaaaar margin over like 20 channels.
