this video I remove the old broken latches from a tractor supply tool box and replace them with some new stainless latches from Amazon that seem like pretty good quality.

the latch you're holding at 1:23 loosened around the rod and so i started messing around with it's placement on the rod. i adjusted too far in one direction and now it doesn't function. lid wont open. any other way to fix this besides drill out the handle? :(

1/8" is the standard rivet size....Pretty sure the 3/16" drill bit drilled it out to the next larger size....
