That Hippo probably slowed Team Pennsy down. Frankly, you probably didn’t need it or the Kanawha. 5000 tons should’ve been easily within the capabilities of either articulated.

It is an idea of the engine's creator, K&L Trainz. A fantasy engine of PRR. :- )

hey love the vid. i somewhat figured the C&O would win because they designed their engines for speed and haulage capability. also this is unrelated and a lot to ask but i have found the PRR S1 model on the dls but do you have the kuid for the reskin or the engine spec conversion if you put it up. name plus kuid would be helpful sorry im just new to the downloading and searching thing. thanks if you know.

I agree with you about the C&O engines. The C&O is different to the PRR in that they had an altogether more mountainous route, and their locos have designed to deal with this. C&O 2-6-6-6 Allegheny was almost as powerful as PRR Q2 in terms of DBHP, I hope that we could arrange a drag race for them!
From what I know, the updated S1 was available on a website or link as a freeware, it had the smoke and re-skinned with DGLE, you could find it in one of the RUclips videos, the old version running without smoke effect but you can find it on DLS. For the former one, you could search "Trainz A New Era [ Workshopz Add-On ] - PRR S1 (FreeWare)
" on youtube, the link is there, I can send you the engine spec file via email. :- ) Thank you for watching ;- )

@@Jones3DModelingClub thanks I have the DLS version and a e spec change for it but wondered why there was no smoke and I've saw the workshopz version but the body looks outdated? So do I use something else to get the new one with the real e spec. Thanks

@@Jones3DModelingClub update. Got my DLS version working fine. Without smoke is good enough for me. Just having the engine is well above what I could have imagined. Also I noticed you used the payware Allegheny from trains where I recommend you get bill's subpar productions Allegheny instead. You can get the H8 c&o version or the Virginian. The base model bill made is fine but you can get two reskins for them. I don't know the link but if you find a yet channel called Mike's trains from searching steam in coal country then go to a vid called something around the lines of found my Allegheny. Going through his vids you can find it easy. Then in that vids description you can get the link to subpar productions and the reskins. The Allegheny is listed under tc3 or newer then the freight category it's the last steamer before you find the diesel. Oh when you download ether of them get the Lima common files they won't work without that. Your welcome.
