Here’s a few I got for you. 1. Skipping station stops 2. Stopping at unlisted stations 3. Stalling on a large bridge with no walkways. 4. Running tall trains through low tunnels 5. Pushing a loaded passenger train to the sea. 6. Ignoring signals.
Number 7 is kinda hard to avoid sometimes though you have to admit, because sometimes the route has a station with a crossing right in front of it. Case in point Coal Country and Kickstarter County
