Just picked up this combo. Switched out the blades. Went with the StyleCraft Black Diamond Carbon Faper blade and a Wahl stagger tooth cutting blade. Can’t wait to get my first cut in.
Thanks for watching 🦾💈🚌 and at this point nether the wahl or this clipper are ok they are outdated machines but comparing these machines to the wahls …yea they don’t have the brand wahl on them but they perform identical, sound identical and almost look identical .
I wish I had help with the entire process to be honest.. I need to get a team together and turn my content up a notch it’s hard doing everything. Thank you for watching 🙏🏼
Bro do a vid on putting the blades back on them please I've been trying for hours to put it back together not sure if I've lost something or I'm putting the spring in wrong first
@@scizzahands the clipper mate I think the spring thing goes at the front then hooks underneath then the black thing goes on then the blade but when I tighten it back up the small cutting blade keeps moving from left to right if I push it
They are still holding up same as any Andis or wahl .. but they are old tech compared to the new brushless motor machines. But definitely a solid buy over a wahl magic clip and detailer … but at this point I would mostly recommend these for home use over professional use but they will work for both
Did you Zero Gap Them or Do a Blade Swap? I currently have the Gold Cewwes version of these that I got off amazon last year for $16. I hear they are the same as Kemei, Surker & Limural. But someone said that the Limural work just good without any blade swap. I plan to put either a Ceramic or Wahl Taper Blade on my Gold Cewwes. I may still get the Limural to add to my clipper/trimmer collection.
The only clippers I’m familiar with that you mentioned are the Andis slim line pro li .. pretty much my favorite as far as “name brand” goes .. my Limural are excellent cut just like my whal 100th anniversaries… you can change the blade to pretty much any whal blade
No problem bro sorry I’m not familiar with the other clippers you mentioned… I appreciate you watching 🙏🏼 I will be posting a video of a $13 trimmer that so far I like way better then the slim line pro li and it can use any of the slim line blades … it also comes with a ceramic cutting blade.. I like it so much I ordered another one to put the wide slim line blade on
Hey! I want a clipper for self haircut at home. Choice is between corded Legend and cordless Magic Clip. I don’t care for cordless feature. I want the one that runs cooler, silent and lasts for years. Please suggest :)
Hey I’ve never used a legend myself .. the magic clip is solid. It’s been one of my go to clippers since the cordless came out. The clipper set in this video I’ve been using since I bought them with no issues it feels like I’m using a cordless metal senior. I won’t use anything with a cord ever again. Hope this helps and thank you for watching 🙏🏼
Noise level with cordless is about the same as a corded they just sound different because the motor type .. and cordless usually run much cooler .. and have had not problems with reliability running them all day every day
@@fidelthomas2787 I actually bought the Legend lol. But there’s an issue with it. Its lever opens up further, u can’t follow any tutorial on the net where they ask u to open the lever, cuz it opens up more than half and u can’t follow it with the half guard
Sometimes u just paying for the name tbh ! My grandma use to always tell me u can have a $1000 bag with $5 in it or a $5 bag with $1000 in it !!!
Definitely..Your grandma is a smart woman.
Straight facts. Words to live by in 2023...
Just ordered these... they seem awesome for the price!
I still use Mine everyday
@@scizzahands they still work?

Put a senior blade or that 1006 Taper blade (cutting blades are the same) to really transform them.. and get Wahl detailer blades for they trimmer
Already done ✅ glad someone else out there using them to 🦾🚌💈
Yo bro any update on the clipper and trimmer how do they work after so long ??

Thank you! 🙏🏼 I appreciate that 🦾💈🚌
@@scizzahands your welcome
Nice video bro are the trimmers sharp enough for lining up afro hair
Definitely I plan on doing a year update on them .. they are still running great
Just got these now looking forward to using then, you ever find that razor?
Awesome! No razor that looks solid yet but I have a babyliss trimmer clone on the way that looks promising

Can i use the measures of wahl on these machine?
Yes
Wahl 1919 the Best 👏
Wack sauce
good vid
That you they ended up being great clippers and still use them daily. Thank you for watching 🙏🏼
Which blade do you recommend
Depends what your trying to do .. I use the blade from the magic clip on mine
How long they last ?
I’ve been using them for a year 6 days a week as a professional barber and they still work. Or are you referring to battery life
Hello,how much last the battery?thx
It’s last an entire day of cutting
The only thing that I don’t like about these clippers are the loud noise it brings.
I guess I’m lucky mine are the same as my magic clips .. oil the blade and see if that helps with some of the noise.
Bro if you hit Washington I'm a need your skills ain't cut my hair sense I started building my bus for a time line or some thing 😂😂😂
I’d be more then happy to 🙏🏼 hopefully I can get to the point to be able do some traveling 🦾🚌💈

I got this set Thanks to your video and I I’m super happy with the results they feel way solid and performance is exactly like my other clippers.🦾🦾🦾🦾
Which guards can I buy to use them on a this machine?
Any Wahl guards will work with these.
what blades for the trimmer
I’ve been running the blade that comes on them but I believe the cordless wahl detailer blades fit but not sure.
