I take K2, specifically the MK7 form, with my D3. It keeps the calcium out of the bloodstream, and shunts it into the bone matrix where it is so needed. I also take D3 with boron, a mineral that helps improve the uptake and absorption of D3 in the body. It showed an increase in lab work.

D3, NOT D2!! Plus, Vitamin K2...because D3, alone, is not helpful. My body found that out! Best advice : Get lab work on your blood to find out all of your deficiencies, because magnesium , etc., etc. may also be needed. You may have to find a non traditional doctor to interpret the results. Foods have the needed ingredients...but Not the gmo foods. Supplementation is needed... if deficient. Learn about trace minerals!! They are just as IMPORTANT as vitamins!! I found this out after wasting a lot of money, but I did my research, learned, and made adjustments! -- ALSO, learn about "GROUNDING/EARTHING...So Powerful...and simple!!!!!!! ❤

I have lots of pain.. I take vitamin D3..2200 IU.. dry form.. I take it at least in AM.. usually with fat now.
I recently had blood work done .. I was told my D3 was High... 81???? I have to seen the blood work. I've been trying to get my D3 level past 60 for years.. I've been eating salmon.. A nice big piece once or 2x a month. Usually cut into portions. Yum..Yum.
But I don't know if I can continue to buy it since there have been cut backs and prices on certain essentials have increase dramatically.. Like Water...
I will if I can look into a D3 with the oil you mentioned .. the D3 in oil I've seen don't have an oil that I want to take regularly.
Re K2 years ago one of my Drs at the time told me not to take vit.K..?? Was he thinking????
I did read that K2 can be dangerous..
You talk about maximizing my sun exposure... Anyone know what facial sunscreen won't bother my eyes.. used Sun screens all my life, at this point for daily use, I can't tolerate the effect on my eyes. I use sunscreen in the spring and summer. But haven't been going out of the house until after 3 or later . Not fun .
