Yep, such a waste of a character and I expected more from him. He joined the only team in the NEL with 4 reliable CB's; how is he meant to compete. Like if he was on BM or any other team he would've started in at least 1 game

as tokimitsu's biggest fan i have to agree that I feel like the author isnt utilizing him well at all. Sure, he's like kind of around doing small stuff but we have barely seen much out of him. Im really hoping we see some insane moment from him where he like bulldozes through someone like isagi, kunigami, or kaiser or makes an insane play with rin letting rin score
Yeh, I think Toki is just gonna shine later in the match. Like he is a stamina beast, surely he will do more when others get a bit more tired. So far he has been pretty disappointing but judging by Aryu's relevance in the previous game I wouldn't be shocked if he gets sidelined too.
I think they'll probably pick kiyora since zantetsu is basically a similar role to chigiri. He also has the fact he was hyped up for months compared to the other characters while also being foreshadowed in episode nagi. Would make even more sense now since we just saw his backstory in the leaks. Also out of the other three his style seems the most interesting (everyone hate floppers so forget igarashi). Nanase is way too nice for blue lock and he's kinda mr ordinary without much ego like the other characters. Tokimitsu is too passive while being too similar to raichi. Igarashi is useless.
For sure, he's been hyped way too long to do nothing. Guessing it will be the next chapter or 2, after we see his skillset more in episode Nagi which comes out later this week
Spoilers for the latest chapter: Seems like Kiyora hovers between life and death and with the chapter saying who will Kiyora choose to survive, I'm even more confident that he will survive and once again pass this boundary line between life and death. He will likely get the 23rd spot, as for Nanase i'm still hoping because he is doing better than Toki this game but I just have a gut feeling he will remain 24th where maybe Kiyora gets 30 and Nanase 29.

I want Hiragi to Make the final cut, Manchine match could use him as the help Nagi needs to evolve, since they had a certain type of rivalry in Episode Nagi. Reo could use him as a second Nagi and it was statted that he was a smart player.
Would be cool especially since the author of the spinoff manga said we would see him in the main story but I doubt it will happen. Having an offscreen performance from a character make the final roster is a bit questionable

Mark my words. On reddit i predicted thag Nanase and Hiiragi are broken when the chapter cameout where the 35 came trought the doors. Hiiragi, Nanase and Nishioka will make the cut. Zantetsu, Tokimitsu and Sendo wont make it
It's meant to be a 3 goalkeeper rule officially, but even if it's a 2 goal keeper limit my issue is that Fukaku is just pure fodder. Like if he was intended to make the roster you'd expect more promo art from him, volume cover, or even any on screen achievement. Like why not have Fukaku save Hiori's shot instead of Sendou. Even though he is the 2nd goal keeper you'd think he'd have more push to make it. You also have to consider that of the 23 players the only 2 below him still debatable to survive is Toki and Zantetsu as Hiori and Raichi will make it. Kiyora is hinted to make the roster so that would mean only 1 of Nanase, Zantetsu or Toki make it. Which is why I think his character is used more as a narrative tool.
Yeah this is pretty much fully correct I think Kiyora is making it because he has gotten an unnatural amount of screen time in the latest chapters and his backstory has even been revealed to some amount and there are so many damn hints that he is going to make it while Nanase has been hit with the "death flags" over and over.

you cooked with this one. between kiyora, igaguri, and nanase, i think nanase is getting eliminated. if kiyora gets an impressive assist then i think he can clear 28mill easy. hiori played for like 5 minutes and got a super assist for 20 mill, if kiyora does something similar in a higher level game + plays for longer then a 30 mill salary is definitely on the cards. like you say, nanase is the character that would get the biggest emotional reaction for being eliminated, and rin has already said he’d ditch him he needs to. my crackpot theory is that igaguri will have a defensive showing good enough to get a 29mill salary, landing him the 24th spot. for the offers to mean something beyond being a ranking system, someone should take an offer and leave blue lock, opening up a spot for the 24th ranked player to make the U-20 team: igaguri 😈
Honestly even with an assist 28mil isn't easy. We know goals are 30-50 and assists are a bit less than that and so if Kiyora gets the final spot i.e. exceeds the boundary line he will barely beat it with approx 30mil. If he gets the 24th and someone steps down like Shidou, it would be so funny and his buddha luck kicks in once again.
@@akiraendoji agreed, i don’t think there’s any way for kiyora to make it that won’t feel at least a little contrived. barou presumably got 2 goals vs manshine and his bid only went up 20 mill iirc, fukaku is a bum compared to gagamaru but he got a 28 mill salary in pretty much one game. i think the level of play will be taken into account for this round of bids so they’ll be inflated compared to before, it’s been stated that this is the highest level match that any of the blue lockers have been a part of so far so an impressive showing here could be worth more to the pro clubs?
concidering what you mentioned - I have feeling that Igaguri will force foul in dangerous zone, that his team will put to good use (that makes goal contribution). Later in game he will make tactic foul on either Shidou, Rin or Loki, where he will receive yellow card but will stop what would make 3-2 goal for PXG thus getting high salary.
This is how you expand Neru’s abilities and make him sorta relevant…just send him to Manshine City. He has chemistry with Niou and his abilities fit in with M.C. Rush style. Also, Manshine suffers in their defensive line so Neru can chase down players and lock up other fast players or players with good dribbling
Hiiragi will make it !! I believe in him. He is a mix of 2 broken characters. He must survive. To have 2 nagis or 2 isagi is better then having one. Also his prediction skill would be great to see whats ggoing on on the field💪🏻

The thing with Volume covers are they can be other players then the blu3 lovkers. And its not inpossible that Noel noah or Loki gets their, meaning the 3 new covers could be Noa then Loki then Charles. Making it still a possibility
Yeh, it's not impossible; I just don't think they would give volume covers to Noa and Loki if the other 3 master strikers didn't get them and I'm expecting them to get volume covers later when the world cup comes later. It could be Charles, Loki, Noa but I just don't see Zantetsu not making it without any build up for his elimination.
a random thought is Nanase’s cover doesnt follow the regular conventions with the background being white instead of his aura/eye colour. This could mean nothing or smth
Yeh, his white is unconventional especially when characters ego's usually are the same as their eye colour so you'd expect violet. I think it's more to do with his a blank canvas and starting to find his new defined ego which is why there's a bit of green in it

@@Greenjolty Yeh, there's some special cases like those 2 but in general the side characters like Hiori, Kurona, Yuki, etc. all match between their aura and eye colours. Nanase's being white is weird so I'm curious what the anime will show since we know he enters flow in the 3rd selection match
@@akiraendoji I think the aura color is reflected to his name. Nanase has nana in it which means seven and nijiro if you don't look at the kanji means rainbow color. Since he isn't important enough to have a rainbow colored aura, white is a solid choice since it's the reflection of all colors

Ive been recently thinking that if some characters miss the top 23 for the u20 wc, they might get in the rooster later as a replacement for injuries that could happen like Chigiri getting injured at his leg or Yukimiya's eye problems getting worse causing him to leave the squad, i exepect Chigiri that at one point to suffer an injury at his leg that can lead to him retire, we already got some sad moments like Naruhayas elimination or Kunigami initially not making it and i expect in the next years of the blue lock manga that things like this will happen.
Well I doubt Chigiri will be forced to retire in the U20 world cup (the actual world cup there's an actual chance though). There's always a case someone like Shidou doesn't play or something happens to a player. Like maybe Gagamaru gets injured and Fukaku gets pulled up from the preliminary squad.
Kinda feel disappointed by the character development in this arc. The only characters not talked about in the third selection that have done anything or gotten development are from bastard. Would been cool if some guy from barcha could've came and we would've been like who is this guy or another guy of these sleepers being a late join to the number 1 guy potential but it's just bastard players and nobody else and the games are static and the player dev feels so predictable
Yep, unlike the previous eliminations if someone like Nanase or Igaguri get eliminated they still will go pro which is a better fate than someone like Naruhaya. Like they could improve and by the time the actual world cup comes which will have 26 players they can join it.

You got to consider that this ongoing match is the finale between the strongest teams. The bids for these teams will be inflated, any play would have great value as it would contribute to determining the winner of the Nel
Inflation is a possibility, but we haven't really seen it in previous rounds. Like Kiyora will likely survive with 30mil with a bit of inflation since BM win but it shouldn't impact the salaries too much.
I have a crazy theory to that but I'mma say it anyway. I think Sae and Shidou will switch their nationality therefore leaving two extra spots for Igaguri and Nanase. As crazy as this sounds it's highly possible as Sae was always meant to play against his brother and possibly biggest rival, his nonchalant attitude towards his national football federation and Japan in general, let's not forget how ready he was to leave the game of u20 after literally the first half of the game. And for Shidou, this man is biggest opportunist you'll ever see, he doesn't care about anything except making sure to "leave a trace" of his existence through scoring. (I could make a point about his visual design and "foreigner" attitude and his fake tan but these are not solid arguments). To sum it up, these two were outsiders from the very beginning not being able to fit in anywhere, however, they were able to spark a twisted chemical reaction that made them outsiders together and for that I think that it will make a lot of sense for the plot and the development of individual characters fir this to happen + there's no way Igaguri's missing the world cup and the the mangaka will sure kick these two out to grant his favourite boy a spot. After reading the latest chapter, my theory is that Ness will awaken and Kiyora will take ness's side and help him to score or the opposite could happen.
I’m assuming Kiyora is gonna get the final spot or steal a spot from a player in the top 23, because it just seems so strange to me that he hasn’t been used yet. He is getting his moment in the episode Nagi manga and I believe he will probably score/assist isagi or kaiser tbh. I just don’t see a point in hyping him up right before the team is set and having him get eliminated. Not to mention he has a manga cover, which I don’t think he’d get one if he wasn’t going to be relevant at some point.

I like Zantetsu and even if he is just used for comic relief I fully believe he can also be usefull in matches. So I would prefer if he was the one picked, the author however likes the monk for some reason and probably will have him stay
It's not confirmed, there's just been 0 implication that he will play. We've been hinted to the top 23 for ages that if Sae does play it would feel weird the author wouldn't mention it yet. Like why show the characters upset if they get 24th and not 23rd. Like imagine Kiyora or Nanase gets the 23rd spot and then Sae decides to play and steal their spot anyway. Would just be weird narrative wise, unless he becomes the 24th person.

I think igaguri will block a shidou shot wit kuni might give him some value im hoping they play some mean defense on both sides after rin scores and loki gotta pop out and show off would be goat if he blocks shots from all three loki shidou and rin and they give him a gag value like 50 mil or the 30 threshold
I love Igaguri so I'd love that but 50mil is too much but 30 would be funny especially if he gets the final spot. However, I just don't think it's likely even if he baits Rin to foul or even stop Shidou or Loki. Wishing the best for him but since he will only have a few chapters I'm not sure if he can do too much.
I really want Zantetsu to make it. He deserves it but he might not make the cut cuz I have a theory the author doesn't like him. He had multiple opportunities to use Zantetsu but didn't like when Chigiri got subbed off in the U20 game for example. I would've subbed Zantetsu instead of Hiori(at the time). Then there's the fact he's not being trained by Loki(as far as we know). Lastly, Zantetsu was the only character to not have any new promo art or be on any marketing for Episode Nagi when he is a main character in it. We literally got Rin promo and he's not even in it(if he is then barely). Also hope Raichi makes the cut although I'm not worried since he's been doing really good so far.
Well Raichi is playing great so far so he should be locked in. Zantetsu's a bit harder to guess but I still think it's more likely than not that he will survive. I'm confused by the promo art stuff because Zantetsu has has quite a lot of promo with stuff like the episode Nagi movie, being on one of the volume covers and all the colour spreads. Even in the latest episode nagi chapter he has a decent amount of screen time.
Naaaaah kiyora's gonna survive, he just made and assist with kaiser, and he will choose Isagi next to a second assist. Either Toki or Zan will go out, and my very hot take is that both are gonna go out with nanase securing the last spot. Ikaguri is gonna go down as well. We could also get 3 more spots to get a total of 26 players in the U20 team. In that case, my money is that the 3 remaining players will be Sae, cause he's the best japanese player we've seen so far, Ikaguri because he has plot armor, and Nishioka, who is slowly recovering from his injury. I think he will be in the last match and will do something crazy, like getting 1-2 goals or an assist or something to help Nagi and Reo unstuck their gameplan

Honestly I'm not sure, I can't read Japanese so can't check the official meaning but in the english version at least it just mentions the 23 highest bids at least in the 3rd and 4th round offers. So if there is a tie for the final spot maybe the roster expands like I think can happen or maybe Ego has other plans for what happens.

Not to mention all forwards characters that are forced to be midfielders too... Having him on the team would make some of the characters get lesser panels too, seems a bit unfair to me, for someone who doesn't struggle in NEL getting a chance in the U20... I don't think Ego wouldn't allow that easily, unless something happens
Remember this is U20 WC, not NEL, the number of subs you can have is just 5 chances. Supposed you wanna have a Loki system where all players got their time, it still wouldn't be enough
That was my previous predictions simply because I thought there's a chance (although slim) that Shidou willingly doesn't play for the U20 world cup. But having a 99% and 100% is extremely similar and both should make the team.

Well I say that in the previous and latest video that his chance of joining is unlikely. Sae will likely play in the actual world cup but the U20 is very unlikely. There's been no build up to him joining but if the author wants to change last second if he wants to play he could.
i’m not a fan of kiyora and i really don’t understand why so much of the community has been head over heels for him for so long, there’s sooooooo many i prefer over him for that 23rd spot and just as characters in general
Honestly it was always his design, he has this edgy looking but as a personality he is a bit of a miss. Like his episode Nagi is so fun but main story Kiyora just seems like a watered down version.
I don’t get why Zantetsu is so high ranked. He literally can’t do anything in the Badtard vs PxG match. In truth, he really has good acceleration and that’s all. His shooting is meaningless, since the position he needs to score is too defended zone, so without great in game thinking it is really hard to execute the shot. Acceleration is shown to be useless against meta vision and muscle players, who can either read his movements or block the way towards ball. In high intense matches, passing ability, agility, thinking and reaction are important factors to be competable. Zantetsu has only reaction, while Nanase, Tokimitsu and Kiyora have two of the skills. In terms of storytelling, author didn’t extend Zantetsu’s character well, except in nagi episode.
I rate Zantetsu high simply because he likely will survive. He has a decent salary already and already is in the top 23. So he has an advantage over Nanase and Kiyora with a higher bid so they must overcome his salary. So Kiyora needs to exceed Zantetsus current bid + PXG match which hasn't finished yet, same as Nanase. Like it's not impossible just I don't see both Kiyora and Nanase making it over him. And most of all, Zantetsu has not been built up to get eliminated. If you have 25 talking characters where 2 get eliminated the author would hint or do something more with it. Of those 25, iGaguri is shown to be fine with any salary buy for the 24th person they probably won't be. Nanase has been hinted to get eliminated, etc. And so from a narrative reason there would be more emphasis in his potential elimination when there's no build up.
Also forgot to mention, although he isn't performing the best from an outside perspective he is still doing exactly what Loki asked and that is sprint and pressure more. As for his skills, acceleration is still useful, we've seen Ness feel his pressure in the match and honestly he will be more useful than Nanase. Nanase isn't really needed in the roster because there's someone in blue lock who can do his job better but Zantetsu's acceleration isn't as replaceable. It's also weird to talk about Kiyoras skillset when we haven't even seen him kick a ball in the main story yet.
Yeh, but thematically Kiyora is survivng the borderline and is build up to once again survive. I think if he passed to Isagi he would fail but since Kaiser scored thanks to him that he barely scrapes the final 23rd spot.
I'm still skeptical, he still needs like 25million in such a small timeframe. Hiori only got like 20mil and he had an amazing performance and assist, so unless Igaguri stops Loki I don't see him making it.
I mean it's weird to complain that Zantetsu's done nothing when Kiyora hasn't even touched the ball. I know Kiyora will assist one of Isagi or Kaiser but Zantetsu still can contribute more this match.
Personally i don't believe kiyora is gonna make, he hasn't done anything worthy besides assisting Kaiser, and even if he assists on the next goal, it shouldnt be enough to put him all the way in the at 23 or higher
Honestly, if the NEL worked straight off logic alone, that could be true. However, I have a theory that it’s more abt hype, so the fact that he gave a perfect pass to Kaiser’s magnus shot will comfortable put him at at least 23 mil
On one hand an assist really isn't enough, but his whole character thematically is being someone who survives the bordeline hints to him getting the 23rd spot exactly.

Yeh, I think Toki is just gonna shine later in the match. Like he is a stamina beast, surely he will do more when others get a bit more tired. So far he has been pretty disappointing but judging by Aryu's relevance in the previous game I wouldn't be shocked if he gets sidelined too.

I think they'll probably pick kiyora since zantetsu is basically a similar role to chigiri. He also has the fact he was hyped up for months compared to the other characters while also being foreshadowed in episode nagi. Would make even more sense now since we just saw his backstory in the leaks. Also out of the other three his style seems the most interesting (everyone hate floppers so forget igarashi). Nanase is way too nice for blue lock and he's kinda mr ordinary without much ego like the other characters. Tokimitsu is too passive while being too similar to raichi. Igarashi is useless.

Seems like Kiyora hovers between life and death and with the chapter saying who will Kiyora choose to survive, I'm even more confident that he will survive and once again pass this boundary line between life and death. He will likely get the 23rd spot, as for Nanase i'm still hoping because he is doing better than Toki this game but I just have a gut feeling he will remain 24th where maybe Kiyora gets 30 and Nanase 29.

It's meant to be a 3 goalkeeper rule officially, but even if it's a 2 goal keeper limit my issue is that Fukaku is just pure fodder. Like if he was intended to make the roster you'd expect more promo art from him, volume cover, or even any on screen achievement. Like why not have Fukaku save Hiori's shot instead of Sendou. Even though he is the 2nd goal keeper you'd think he'd have more push to make it. You also have to consider that of the 23 players the only 2 below him still debatable to survive is Toki and Zantetsu as Hiori and Raichi will make it. Kiyora is hinted to make the roster so that would mean only 1 of Nanase, Zantetsu or Toki make it. Which is why I think his character is used more as a narrative tool.

Honestly even with an assist 28mil isn't easy. We know goals are 30-50 and assists are a bit less than that and so if Kiyora gets the final spot i.e. exceeds the boundary line he will barely beat it with approx 30mil.
If he gets the 24th and someone steps down like Shidou, it would be so funny and his buddha luck kicks in once again.

concidering what you mentioned - I have feeling that Igaguri will force foul in dangerous zone, that his team will put to good use (that makes goal contribution). Later in game he will make tactic foul on either Shidou, Rin or Loki, where he will receive yellow card but will stop what would make 3-2 goal for PXG thus getting high salary.
This is how you expand Neru’s abilities and make him sorta relevant…just send him to Manshine City. He has chemistry with Niou and his abilities fit in with M.C. Rush style. Also, Manshine suffers in their defensive line so Neru can chase down players and lock up other fast players or players with good dribbling

Yeh, his white is unconventional especially when characters ego's usually are the same as their eye colour so you'd expect violet. I think it's more to do with his a blank canvas and starting to find his new defined ego which is why there's a bit of green in it

Ive been recently thinking that if some characters miss the top 23 for the u20 wc, they might get in the rooster later as a replacement for injuries that could happen like Chigiri getting injured at his leg or Yukimiya's eye problems getting worse causing him to leave the squad, i exepect Chigiri that at one point to suffer an injury at his leg that can lead to him retire, we already got some sad moments like Naruhayas elimination or Kunigami initially not making it and i expect in the next years of the blue lock manga that things like this will happen.

Kinda feel disappointed by the character development in this arc. The only characters not talked about in the third selection that have done anything or gotten development are from bastard. You got to consider that this ongoing match is the finale between the strongest teams. The bids for these teams will be inflated, any play would have great value as it would contribute to determining the winner of the Nel
Inflation is a possibility, but we haven't really seen it in previous rounds. Like Kiyora will likely survive with 30mil with a bit of inflation since BM win but it shouldn't impact the salaries too much.
I have a crazy theory to that but I'mma say it anyway. I think Sae and Shidou will switch their nationality therefore leaving two extra spots for Igaguri and Nanase. As crazy as this sounds it's highly possible as Sae was always meant to play against his brother and possibly biggest rival, his nonchalant attitude towards his national football federation and Japan in general, let's not forget how ready he was to leave the game of u20 after literally the first half of the game. And for Shidou, this man is biggest opportunist you'll ever see, he doesn't care about anything except making sure to "leave a trace" of his existence through scoring. (I could make a point about his visual design and "foreigner" attitude and his fake tan but these are not solid arguments). To sum it up, these two were outsiders from the very beginning not being able to fit in anywhere, however, they were able to spark a twisted chemical reaction that made them outsiders together and for that I think that it will make a lot of sense for the plot and the development of individual characters fir this to happen + there's no way Igaguri's missing the world cup and the the mangaka will sure kick these two out to grant his favourite boy a spot. It's not confirmed, there's just been 0 implication that he will play. We've been hinted to the top 23 for ages that if Sae does play it would feel weird the author wouldn't mention it yet. Like why show the characters upset if they get 24th and not 23rd. Like imagine Kiyora or Nanase gets the 23rd spot and then Sae decides to play and steal their spot anyway. Would just be weird narrative wise, unless he becomes the 24th person.

I really want Zantetsu to make it. He deserves it but he might not make the cut cuz I have a theory the author doesn't like him. He had multiple opportunities to use Zantetsu but didn't like when Chigiri got subbed off in the U20 game for example. I would've subbed Zantetsu instead of Hiori(at the time). Then there's the fact he's not being trained by Loki(as far as we know). Lastly, Zantetsu was the only character to not have any new promo art or be on any marketing for Episode Nagi when he is a main character in it. We literally got Rin promo and he's not even in it(if he is then barely). Also hope Raichi makes the cut although I'm not worried since he's been doing really good so far.

Zantetsu's a bit harder to guess but I still think it's more likely than not that he will survive. In that case, my money is that the 3 remaining players will be Sae, cause he's the best japanese player we've seen so far, Ikaguri because he has plot armor, and Nishioka, who is slowly recovering from his injury. Honestly I'm not sure, I can't read Japanese so can't check the official meaning but in the english version at least it just mentions the 23 highest bids at least in the 3rd and 4th round offers. So if there is a tie for the final spot maybe the roster expands like I think can happen or maybe Ego has other plans for what happens.

i’m not a fan of kiyora and i really don’t understand why so much of the community has been head over heels for him for so long, there’s sooooooo many i prefer over him for that 23rd spot and just as characters in general
Honestly it was always his design, he has this edgy looking but as a personality he is a bit of a miss. Like his episode Nagi is so fun but main story Kiyora just seems like a watered down version.
I don’t get why Zantetsu is so high ranked. He literally can’t do anything in the Badtard vs PxG match. In truth, he really has good acceleration and that’s all. His shooting is meaningless, since the position he needs to score is too defended zone, so without great in game thinking it is really hard to execute the shot. Acceleration is shown to be useless against meta vision and muscle players, who can either read his movements or block the way towards ball. In high intense matches, passing ability, agility, thinking and reaction are important factors to be competable. Zantetsu has only reaction, while Nanase, Tokimitsu and Kiyora have two of the skills.
In terms of storytelling, author didn’t extend Zantetsu’s character well, except in nagi episode.
I rate Zantetsu high simply because he likely will survive.
He has a decent salary already and already is in the top 23. So he has an advantage over Nanase and Kiyora with a higher bid so they must overcome his salary. So Kiyora needs to exceed Zantetsus current bid + PXG match which hasn't finished yet, same as Nanase. Like it's not impossible just I don't see both Kiyora and Nanase making it over him.
And most of all, Zantetsu has not been built up to get eliminated. If you have 25 talking characters where 2 get eliminated the author would hint or do something more with it. Of those 25, iGaguri is shown to be fine with any salary buy for the 24th person they probably won't be. Nanase has been hinted to get eliminated, etc. And so from a narrative reason there would be more emphasis in his potential elimination when there's no build up.
Also forgot to mention, although he isn't performing the best from an outside perspective he is still doing exactly what Loki asked and that is sprint and pressure more. As for his skills, acceleration is still useful, we've seen Ness feel his pressure in the match and honestly he will be more useful than Nanase. Nanase isn't really needed in the roster because there's someone in blue lock who can do his job better but Zantetsu's acceleration isn't as replaceable.
It's also weird to talk about Kiyoras skillset when we haven't even seen him kick a ball in the main story yet.

Yeh, but thematically Kiyora is survivng the borderline and is build up to once again survive. I think if he passed to Isagi he would fail but since Kaiser scored thanks to him that he barely scrapes the final 23rd spot.
zantentsu isn't doing anything in pxg and he and tokimitsu didn't show any progess since bluelock selection arc i don't feel like they will survive

I'm still skeptical, he still needs like 25million in such a small timeframe. Hiori only got like 20mil and he had an amazing performance and assist, so unless Igaguri stops Loki I don't see him making it.

I mean it's weird to complain that Zantetsu's done nothing when Kiyora hasn't even touched the ball. I know Kiyora will assist one of Isagi or Kaiser but Zantetsu still can contribute more this match.
Personally i don't believe kiyora is gonna make, he hasn't done anything worthy besides assisting Kaiser, and even if he assists on the next goal, it shouldnt be enough to put him all the way in the at 23 or higher
Honestly, if the NEL worked straight off logic alone, that could be true. However, I have a theory that it’s more abt hype, so the fact that he gave a perfect pass to Kaiser’s magnus shot will comfortable put him at at least 23 mil
On one hand an assist really isn't enough, but his whole character thematically is being someone who survives the bordeline hints to him getting the 23rd spot exactly.
