Aiku can still play for Japan, cause in terms of citizenship: his mother is Japanese and his father is European. He can choose to represent Japan or any other country as long as he has relations to them. Just like erling Haaland, he was born in England, but his parents are Norwegian but he still chose to represent Norway even if he has an English citizenship as well.
I know this comment is a bit old but i need to ask, to my understanding japanese citizens cant have dual citizenship, so if a japanese citizen decides to obtain any other nationality, he Will have to forsake his japanese nationality, this applies to footballers to, so are you sure about what you are saying?

If they are going with 3 goalkeepers I'd honestly put sendou as one. He has insane clutch moments and his best moments are him practically in goal. I'm also hoping he makes it cause I like him lol
Quick thing I forgot to mention, a volume cover does not guarantee a position in the roster but does increase their chances which is why I'm still skeptical of Sendou. We are currently half way through the next volume and if the PXG vs BM match lasts the same length as the Ubers and Manshine games then we will have 5 covers which can go to Charles, Zantetsu, Kiyora, Nanase and Igaguri which will mean we will have around 25 different characters on volume covers but only 23 slots.
Igaguri will definitely make it cause of author love. I think Nishioka getting advanced to top 23 would be the funniest thing, and could turn out interestingly (and aligns with what the author has done in the past)
I hope Igarashi gets to 23 through his ability to control the game through getting Rin to foul intentionally. It'd be so poetic if the only person who could take Rin out of the final game was the lowest ranked player at the beginning of the series. 😂

Glad that you made a video about this, a video idea that would be interesting is about the players introduced in the NEL if they will represent theyre country in the u20 wc, like Draco, Lara, Grim, Gesner, etc, or maybe a video about predicting the rest of the new gen members.
Yeh I could, the only problem is that there really isn't much to talk about the other characters, like Drago was fairly important in the Uber's game and I do think that Japan will play against Italy so Isagi can see how difficult it was for Kaiser against Lorenzo but besides that I'm not sure what to discuss about them. Like Grim, Gesner, etc. have all gotten sidelined so hard to discuss. Maybe I will do one in the future with some predictions about the u20 world cup like Sendou and Aiku may have rivalries from other teams the previous year from the 2018 AFC. Maybe we get to see Sendou develop and score against a team they lost to the previous year and see him enter flow. I'll consider predicting the remaining new gen members later, I think I'll wait until we see the remaining PXG players and see if they have any (like Chapi, although we didn't see him in the latest leaks). But it's not a high priority atm.

Great video! And the final line-up is quite good! One thing this video did not talk about, is maybe the positioning and formation of the New Japan U-20. I will use the same roster as in this video. Because Blue Lock was about creating the best striker, I thing this U-20 will be a hyper-offensive team. The formation will most likely be 3-3-4. The 3 defenders: Aiku, Aryu, Niko . The 3 Mid-fielders: Karasu, Hiori and Reo. Until this point, Reo has only had eyes for Nagi, which I hope will change, for the team's sake. On the offensive, I think we have many players who could fit as wingers: Chigiri, Bachira, Yukimiya, Zantetsu, Otoya. As for the strikers: Isagi, Rin, Shidou, Barou, Kunigami, Nagi. Gagamaru as GK is a given. Tokimitsu and Raichi could be used as either defenders or mid-fielders. Kurona is like good, adaptable player, best suited as mid-fielder. Sendou's usual position is already taken by other amazing players. The only way he will be on this team is if he plays another position. The only times he as shown up is in front of his own goal. Maybe he will be the second GK lol. Kiyora hasn't had a chance to show anything, And I don't think he will get a chance in the next one either, since IsagiXHiori was a success. So instead of him, I think Igarashi will snatch that spot. First reason, he is among the author's favorites, and second reason, I feel like he will play a huge part in BM vs PxG. He will literally be like a joker; We don't know where he will play, he doesn't know where he will play, and Ego might even not know where he will play.
Yeh, the problem with formation prediction is that I think Ego will pick a new and different formation every game. Like they could run aryu, aiku and niko but some games I think only 2 will start. Plus the video was already 30min, didn't want to make it any longer

I would love to see Otoya be a defender and be in the libero position. With his ninja mentality and off the ball movement i think "Eita Otoyta, the Fortress Ninja." Sounds kinda badass. So i hope he gets a development similar to that
The only way I see Otoya being very useful is if he uses his stealth to get out of the field of sight of meta vision users. Be purposely running behind other players or running exactly behind the meta vision user he could stay out of their field of sight and with that he could surprise them.

Like the pass to isagi in the last game, if he was in it imagine if he popped out of nowhere in front of isagi to block it like a ninja assassinating an intruder to a fortress. Maybe even get predator eye but instead of goals he looks to "kill" the attack. Libero is the only defender position I can see him being while being able to use his weapon to the fullest since they don't have to man mark but can roam free on their side of the field, letting him be able to be where he needs to be to stop a pass or something.
Sendou is now the cover of volume 27 so he probably be in the top 23. So now just need to wait for volume 28 and 29 to know the last 2 player who going to join the top 23. My guess for the last two spot: - Jin Kiyora (probably cover of volume 28 or 29) - Zantetsu Tsurugi (I have no idea what he going to be cooking in the match with Bastard Munchen but I think maybe volume 29 cover) - Gen Fukaku (he might be volume 29 cover but not possible since he not going to have any other appearance after Uber match) - Nijiro Nanase (he's the starter of PXG so he stand out the chance to be good in the next match when he's one of the notable member of PXG team) - Hajime Nishioka, Gurimu Igarashi (I gonna laugh if this two suddenly stand in front of me and smiling in the volume cover lol)
Well based on Covers I think Zantetsu is 29 like his jersey number, 28 is hard it could be igaguri, charles or even fukaku. I think Igaguri will get the 30th cover as he was rank 300 and I predict him getting 30mil, then Nanase, Chapa and Kiyora i'm guessing will get the volume covers after.

It's official, Jin Kiyora have high chance made it in the top 23 as he's on the cover of vol.28, the last one is probably Gen Fukaku as he's the highest-rank player in the group of players who I thought gonna made it in later on, but I also like Nanase and Zantetsu, who have preform really well recently, but there is also a hope for the monk if he make a goal or something which is 1-10% chance happening.
In the latest chapter we saw that Shiguma, Tanaka and Ishikari did not receive their salary in their last game, so not all blue lock players will receive their salary
I don't get why they didn't made it so all players get a salary and since we know some players will get one but won't make the u-20 team they could have made it so all 46 players get to play.

Great video as always ❤ In my opinion the ones with the nearly 100% chance are Isagi, Bachira, Chigiri, Kunigami, Nagi, Rin, Baro, Reo, Aryu, Tokimitsu, Karasu, Otoya, Yukimiya, Aiku, Kurona, Gagamaru, Raichi, Hiori, Niko, Sendo and Zantetsu. That's already 21 players. Then there are the last two with pretty high chances, being Shido and Kiyora. Actually Kiyora even more than Shido since he is hyped a lot so I think he will play an excellent match against PXG and probably be ranked 23rd or something like that. Shido on the other hand could accept an offer made by the same team as Sae, so he could decide to play with him instead of joining the Japan National team and leave a free spot. If both Shido and Kiyora make It, the team has already 23 players. But if Shido refuses, there could still be room for another player, being probably Nanase, who I think will be somehow relevant in the final match but in my opinion not enough to make the national team if Shido doesn't go to Sae's team. Another possibility could be Igaguri (who I love and adore), but I think he will just be happy with any offer since his ego isn't being the best player but just having a chance to run from the temple and having a carreer and a future of his own.

Well I didn't forget, I talked about him at 16:30. My issue is there has been no implication Sae will join the U20 cup (I expect him to play in the real world cup just not now). I don't think the author would highlight tokimitsu being happy at 23rd implying he makes it if he didn't intend the top 23 being from blue lock. Don't get me wrong it is possible for him to play and I did have a potential roster with him in the end I just don't think he will.

Dude I had no idea the barca team was so mid. But they didn’t even have a cool second gen guy like every other club does, plus only 2 of its members we’ve seen play at bluelock. Bachira ended up being alone like he wanted 💀

I think most PXG players will struggle to make the final cut because Loki is the only master striker making infinite changes (based on the main striker on the pitch)😂. Yeh, PXG subbing everyone in and out means their salaries will be limited, it also doesn't help that PXG just steam roll the games and so the players besides Rin really show nothing. Like Nanase and Toki kick a ball once then just leave since they score in 1 minute, like their salary will barely increase because they have nothing to showcase. At least with BM we see the players defend, improve and showcase their abilities. I feel bad for Nanase, Toki and Zantetsu since they are good enough for higher salaries but just won't seeing as how good Rin is, but hopefully justice is served and they are full timers in their final match. And yeh, I think Igaguri will get subbed in via infinite substitution too. Maybe Noa actually plans against PXG's formation like having Neru the speed defender sub in once Zantetsu subs in and just try and counter their formations.

PxG are portrayed as insanely good that in this case I think them getting smashed is to emphasise how good they are before the BM game

As much as I love Igagoat, this gag has to stop after the NEL. Like you stated in the vid, his dream is to pretty much escape the monk life. He'll get an offer from some club in the PxG match and ofc he's gonna accept it. It'll be a waste if that 23rd spot is there just for comedy relief in the later arcs. You already get those moments naturally through the dynamics between the BL players

Absolutely love these videos! Being able to think more about what comes next in Blue Lock is so exciting! Small suggestion, there are a couple of moments where you show characters in your list before talking about them. It might be more suspenseful if you blur them out a bit so we have to guess for that extra minute or whatever.
My opinion about Sae: Sae will say that he would not to participate in the losing of Japan . He will only play wit Japan makes it out of the group stage and the round of 16. Japan will get through and he will play but starting on the bench of the quarter finals which he will make a big impact. Ego will then tell Sae and Rin whoever scores the more goals in the semi finals will play in the finals. Loser will not play. This is when Rin beats his brother and increase character development and Ego.
My biggest prediction for the 23 roster is that in the PxG match Shidou will get a red from fouling Igaguri and then Igaguri will take his place in the top 23

Hey Akira, Have you noticed that in the other author series as the gods will a lot of characters have the same look or ideology as people in bluelock. For example. The final God looks like aryu. The main character is the light for everyone Just like isagi. The wanima twins look like the twins in that series. And the new PXG character Charles having a fang teeth Just like one a girl had in the series. There may possibly be predictions from that series like you said (background character making the end) Good analyses

Come to think of it, with all these players you can literally make any system possible. Even their strikers know how to defend lol. It will be dynamic with lots of substitution happening. Ego finna bench Nagi and Reo then making two substitutions if the other strikers fail to deliver 😅. Careful, we might also lose Chigiri and Yukimiya if something happens. I'm really afraid if they both get Neji treatment one day.
What if Igaguri makes an Insane Save (with hands) to save the game vs PxG and He gets an offer and they put him in GK. I could see that happrning cuz he was blocking shots before in the series.. Also i do not think that they will follow the 3 GK rule.. it just doesnt really make sense 2 is enough and you have so much characters to shine in Blue Lock having 3 GK's the 3rd would be an absolute waste of space and potential better character on the field.. like Nanase making it for example and doing something wild in a game
I see a lot of people discuss who the mvp was in the blue lock 11 match. But not many people talk about who the least value player (LVP) was. (On Team blue lock ofc the u20 forwards all dogwater except sendou who’s decent 💀)
Well LVP is hard since everyone had their moment in the match, maybe Otoya? I don't think he had any defining moment in the match and he got subbed off eventually.
@@akiraendojiI actually came to the conclusion of Hiyori. Everyone else either scored, prevented or blocked shots on goal, or was more directly involved with a play that lead to a goal. The most Hiyori did was passing to Nagi who passed to Isagi who got blocked by Aiku.
I really wanted to see Ishikari, the tallest highschooler, in action. He seemed decent in third selection, which is an incredible feet seeing as all other randoms we saw absolutely sucked

He even expressed being excited to go up AGAINST blue lock once again meaning its guaranteed that hes not playing at all. He also never showed up for anything past the u20 match so its literally not possible for him to join since he isnt participating in the thing (the NEL) that's deciding the members
Note, he expressed his interest to go up against blue lock through his interest in isagi after the end of the u20 match, and through his general interest in blue lock (which lead to him joining japan's u20 team to go up against them)
fair. that could always come into play in later arcs though. I think we have to eventually go into the actual world cup or their could be a timeskip where the players play in the real leagues for a bit though I don tthink the oppertunity would be permanently gone. @@akiraendoji
for the third goalkeeper i think its is the goalkeeper from the first match that isagi played and passed the ball because they said he had potential or lemon could come back but im not so sure
igaguri will get a rating at like 20th or something because of luck but then not do the world cup because he will immediately jump on the highest offer he gets
I wouldn't say big chance as there's been no mention of Sae joining. He may sit back and watch the blue lock players in the U20 cup, he was already satisfied with their performance in the u20 match previously. There's an extremely high chance in the future Isagi and Sae team up but I don't think it is now
So we have many potential characters to make it to the final selection, maaaaaybe Ego will celebrate a final game as a last chance game for all the potential characters and decide then who’s gonna make it! Kinda unlikely but that at least would show us what them all are capable of
Yeh, he seems just good in everything and in particular offense so maybe he does take over Grim's spot next game. Hopefully we get to see him actually play, he is one of the most hyped and interesting background characters so far
I think Tetsu Sokura has a realistic chance, because he reminds a lot of Kuruko from Kuroko no Basket and he has been invisible just like Kuroko until now, so maybe he will pop off in his last match and play in a similar way like kuroko.
Sokura unfortunately seems too fodder, can't see him in top 23. Maybe if he subs in the remainder of the PXG vs FC Barcha match or plays in the final game but it's looking grim

I always thought Haru Hayate had mad potential. He could just be aryu but better because hes the tallest player in blue lock, taller then Rin, Nagi, Gagamaru, and Aryu...but I guess we probably won't see him play in the u-20 world cup.

0:09 quick rant here. probably the only thing i dislike about blue lock is it's GARGANTUANT ammount of side characters. There's way too many characters that are already established and alot that are still being introduced. This is a huge issue in most sports anime and I kinda hoped in blue lock it would be different since people get eliminated from Blue Lock, but it seems that it was not the case. I don't like that there's simply WAYYY too many characters here. Too many characters that we're never going to see, or that if we do see them, they will barely contribute to the story. And alot which we don't even get introduced to. Who the hell is "Taiga Tsunzaki", "Shingen Tanaka", "Yukio Ishikari", "Kairu Saramadara", "Kyohei Shiguma" and more, you get the point. Theese are RANDOS that simply work as filler slots. They will definetly NOT make the top 23 and having them in the story is pointless.
Yeh there's a lot of spare characters which sucks but that's fine. If the author ever wants to introduce a character like Hiiragi in the future he can write them like Kurona and give them relevance down the line

Quick thing I forgot to mention, a volume cover does not guarantee a position in the roster but does increase their chances which is why I'm still skeptical of Sendou. We are currently half way through the next volume and if the PXG vs BM match lasts the same length as the Ubers and Manshine games then we will have 5 covers which can go to Charles, Zantetsu, Kiyora, Nanase and Igaguri which will mean we will have around 25 different characters on volume covers but only 23 slots.
Igaguri will definitely make it cause of author love. I think Nishioka getting advanced to top 23 would be the funniest thing, and could turn out interestingly (and aligns with what the author has done in the past)

Glad that you made a video about this, a video idea that would be interesting is about the players introduced in the NEL if they will represent theyre country in the u20 wc, like Draco, Lara, Grim, Gesner, etc, or maybe a video about predicting the rest of the new gen members.
Yeh I could, the only problem is that there really isn't much to talk about the other characters, like Drago was fairly important in the Uber's game and I do think that Japan will play against Italy so Isagi can see how difficult it was for Kaiser against Lorenzo but besides that I'm not sure what to discuss about them. Like Grim, Gesner, etc. have all gotten sidelined so hard to discuss.
Maybe I will do one in the future with some predictions about the u20 world cup like Sendou and Aiku may have rivalries from other teams the previous year from the 2018 AFC. Maybe we get to see Sendou develop and score against a team they lost to the previous year and see him enter flow.
I'll consider predicting the remaining new gen members later, I think I'll wait until we see the remaining PXG players and see if they have any (like Chapi, although we didn't see him in the latest leaks). But it's not a high priority atm.

Great video! And the final line-up is quite good! One thing this video did not talk about, is maybe the positioning and formation of the New Japan U-20. I will use the same roster as in this video.
Because Blue Lock was about creating the best striker, I thing this U-20 will be a hyper-offensive team. The formation will most likely be 3-3-4. The 3 defenders: Aiku, Aryu, Niko . The 3 Mid-fielders: Karasu, Hiori and Reo. Until this point, Reo has only had eyes for Nagi, which I hope will change, for the team's sake. On the offensive, I think we have many players who could fit as wingers: Chigiri, Bachira, Yukimiya, Zantetsu, Otoya. As for the strikers: Isagi, Rin, Shidou, Barou, Kunigami, Nagi.
Gagamaru as GK is a given. Tokimitsu and Raichi could be used as either defenders or mid-fielders. Kurona is like good, adaptable player, best suited as mid-fielder. Sendou's usual position is already taken by other amazing players. The only way he will be on this team is if he plays another position. The only times he as shown up is in front of his own goal. Maybe he will be the second GK lol.
Kiyora hasn't had a chance to show anything, And I don't think he will get a chance in the next one either, since IsagiXHiori was a success. So instead of him, I think Igarashi will snatch that spot. First reason, he is among the author's favorites, and second reason, I feel like he will play a huge part in BM vs PxG. He will literally be like a joker; We don't know where he will play, he doesn't know where he will play, and Ego might even not know where he will play.
Yeh, the problem with formation prediction is that I think Ego will pick a new and different formation every game. Like they could run aryu, aiku and niko but some games I think only 2 will start. Plus the video was already 30min, didn't want to make it any longer

The only way I see Otoya being very useful is if he uses his stealth to get out of the field of sight of meta vision users. Be purposely running behind other players or running exactly behind the meta vision user he could stay out of their field of sight and with that he could surprise them.

Like the pass to isagi in the last game, if he was in it imagine if he popped out of nowhere in front of isagi to block it like a ninja assassinating an intruder to a fortress. Maybe even get predator eye but instead of goals he looks to "kill" the attack. Libero is the only defender position I can see him being while being able to use his weapon to the fullest since they don't have to man mark but can roam free on their side of the field, letting him be able to be where he needs to be to stop a pass or something.

Sendou is now the cover of volume 27 so he probably be in the top 23. So now just need to wait for volume 28 and 29 to know the last 2 player who going to join the top 23.
My guess for the last two spot:
- Jin Kiyora (probably cover of volume 28 or 29)
- Zantetsu Tsurugi (I have no idea what he going to be cooking in the match with Bastard Munchen but I think maybe volume 29 cover)
- Gen Fukaku (he might be volume 29 cover but not possible since he not going to have any other appearance after Uber match)
- Nijiro Nanase (he's the starter of PXG so he stand out the chance to be good in the next match when he's one of the notable member of PXG team)

Well based on Covers I think Zantetsu is 29 like his jersey number, 28 is hard it could be igaguri, charles or even fukaku. I think Igaguri will get the 30th cover as he was rank 300 and I predict him getting 30mil, then Nanase, Chapa and Kiyora i'm guessing will get the volume covers after.

It's official, Jin Kiyora have high chance made it in the top 23 as he's on the cover of vol.28, the last one is probably Gen Fukaku as he's the highest-rank player in the group of players who I thought gonna made it in later on, but I also like Nanase and Zantetsu, who have preform really well recently, but there is also a hope for the monk if he make a goal or something which is 1-10% chance happening.
In the latest chapter we saw that Shiguma, Tanaka and Ishikari did not receive their salary in their last game, so not all blue lock players will receive their salary

In my opinion the ones with the nearly 100% chance are
Isagi, Bachira, Chigiri, Kunigami, Nagi, Rin, Baro, Reo, Aryu, Tokimitsu, Karasu, Otoya, Yukimiya, Aiku, Kurona, Gagamaru, Raichi, Hiori, Niko, Sendo and Zantetsu. That's already 21 players.
Then there are the last two with pretty high chances, being Shido and Kiyora. Actually Kiyora even more than Shido since he is hyped a lot so I think he will play an excellent match against PXG and probably be ranked 23rd or something like that. Shido on the other hand could accept an offer made by the same team as Sae, so he could decide to play with him instead of joining the Japan National team and leave a free spot.
If both Shido and Kiyora make It, the team has already 23 players. But if Shido refuses, there could still be room for another player, being probably Nanase, who I think will be somehow relevant in the final match but in my opinion not enough to make the national team if Shido doesn't go to Sae's team. Another possibility could be Igaguri (who I love and adore), but I think he will just be happy with any offer since his ego isn't being the best player but just having a chance to run from the temple and having a carreer and a future of his own.
Yeh, I can see Shidou not play in the u20 cup but man do I want to see Isagi play with Shidou.
Would be cool if Igaguri got the 24th highest salary and then Shidou doesn't play opening a spot for him.

FC Barcha got done so dirty hahaha, it's just Bachira and Otoya and otoya isn't even top tier. They have no ng11 either and are by far the weakest team, like i wouldnt even be shocked if PXG 3-0 them although I'm still expecting Bachira to score
I think most PXG players will struggle to make the final cut because Loki is the only master striker making infinite changes (based on the main striker on the pitch)😂. I think that's how Nanase even managed to get a bid. I'm sure that's how Igaguri might sneak in.

Yeh, PXG subbing everyone in and out means their salaries will be limited, it also doesn't help that PXG just steam roll the games and so the players besides Rin really show nothing. Like Nanase and Toki kick a ball once then just leave since they score in 1 minute, like their salary will barely increase because they have nothing to showcase. At least with BM we see the players defend, improve and showcase their abilities. I feel bad for Nanase, Toki and Zantetsu since they are good enough for higher salaries but just won't seeing as how good Rin is, but hopefully justice is served and they are full timers in their final match.
And yeh, I think Igaguri will get subbed in via infinite substitution too. Maybe Noa actually plans against PXG's formation like having Neru the speed defender sub in once Zantetsu subs in and just try and counter their formations.

PxG are portrayed as insanely good that in this case I think them getting smashed is to emphasise how good they are before the BM game

He'll get an offer from some club in the PxG match and ofc he's gonna accept it. It'll be a waste if that 23rd spot is there just for comedy relief in the later arcs. You already get those moments naturally through the dynamics between the BL players

Small suggestion, there are a couple of moments where you show characters in your list before talking about them. It might be more suspenseful if you blur them out a bit so we have to guess for that extra minute or whatever.
My opinion about Sae:
Sae will say that he would not to participate in the losing of Japan . He will only play wit Japan makes it out of the group stage and the round of 16.
Japan will get through and he will play but starting on the bench of the quarter finals which he will make a big impact.
Ego will then tell Sae and Rin whoever scores the more goals in the semi finals will play in the finals. Loser will not play.
This is when Rin beats his brother and increase character development and Ego.
My biggest prediction for the 23 roster is that in the PxG match Shidou will get a red from fouling Igaguri and then Igaguri will take his place in the top 23

Have you noticed that in the other author series as the gods will a lot of characters have the same look or ideology as people in bluelock.
For example.
The final God looks like aryu.
The main character is the light for everyone Just like isagi.
The wanima twins look like the twins in that series.
And the new PXG character Charles having a fang teeth Just like one a girl had in the series.
There may possibly be predictions from that series like you said (background character making the end)

I'm really afraid if they both get Neji treatment one day.

Also i do not think that they will follow the 3 GK rule.. it just doesnt really make sense 2 is enough and you have so much characters to shine in Blue Lock having 3 GK's the 3rd would be an absolute waste of space and potential better character on the field.. like Nanase making it for example and doing something wild in a game
I see a lot of people discuss who the mvp was in the blue lock 11 match. But not many people talk about who the least value player (LVP) was. (On Team blue lock ofc the u20 forwards all dogwater except sendou who’s decent 💀)
Well LVP is hard since everyone had their moment in the match, maybe Otoya? I don't think he had any defining moment in the match and he got subbed off eventually.
@@akiraendojiI actually came to the conclusion of Hiyori. Everyone else either scored, prevented or blocked shots on goal, or was more directly involved with a play that lead to a goal. The most Hiyori did was passing to Nagi who passed to Isagi who got blocked by Aiku.
I really wanted to see Ishikari, the tallest highschooler, in action. He seemed decent in third selection, which is an incredible feet seeing as all other randoms we saw absolutely sucked
Wait, why was Sae mentioned, the top 23 is only for blue lock members and the former u20 members, not Sae since he only joined for the blue lock match. He even expressed being excited to go up AGAINST blue lock once again meaning its guaranteed that hes not playing at all. He also never showed up for anything past the u20 match so its literally not possible for him to join since he isnt participating in the thing (the NEL) that's deciding the members
Note, he expressed his interest to go up against blue lock through his interest in isagi after the end of the u20 match, and through his general interest in blue lock (which lead to him joining japan's u20 team to go up against them)

He may sit back and watch the blue lock players in the U20 cup, he was already satisfied with their performance in the u20 match previously. There's an extremely high chance in the future Isagi and Sae team up but I don't think it is now

I think Tetsu Sokura has a realistic chance, because he reminds a lot of Kuruko from Kuroko no Basket and he has been invisible just like Kuroko until now, so maybe he will pop off in his last match and play in a similar way like kuroko.
Sokura unfortunately seems too fodder, can't see him in top 23. Maybe if he subs in the remainder of the PXG vs FC Barcha match or plays in the final game but it's looking grim

I always thought Haru Hayate had mad potential. He could just be aryu but better because hes the tallest player in blue lock, taller then Rin, Nagi, Gagamaru, and Aryu...but I guess we probably won't see him play in the u-20 world cup.
He has a nice design, him and Darai both have a good chance I think since both of them are currently in the top 23

0:09 quick rant here. probably the only thing i dislike about blue lock is it's GARGANTUANT ammount of side characters. There's way too many characters that are already established and alot that are still being introduced. This is a huge issue in most sports anime and I kinda hoped in blue lock it would be different since people get eliminated from Blue Lock, but it seems that it was not the case. I don't like that there's simply WAYYY too many characters here.
Too many characters that we're never going to see, or that if we do see them, they will barely contribute to the story. And alot which we don't even get introduced to. Who the hell is "Taiga Tsunzaki", "Shingen Tanaka", "Yukio Ishikari", "Kairu Saramadara", "Kyohei Shiguma" and more, you get the point. Theese are RANDOS that simply work as filler slots. They will definetly NOT make the top 23 and having them in the story is pointless.
Yeh there's a lot of spare characters which sucks but that's fine. If the author ever wants to introduce a character like Hiiragi in the future he can write them like Kurona and give them relevance down the line
I can see anyone not making the top 23 becoming team B who will play against the main team to prove themselves.

He jumped from 24 mil to 34 mil so that's an increase of 10. He increased from rank 13 to 12 which is why he said small bump as he referred to his rank not the salary value
